In his latest podcast, James Delingpole talks with Milo Yiannopoulos about Donald Trump and the American Presidential election campaign. The latter has a very interesting perspective about why Trump is so popular with average Americans, especially why many this time around don’t care that he’s not a real conservative. More here.
The strongest counterpoint to a Trump presidential bid comes from National Review.
Should Trump face Bill Clinton’s wife, it’ll be most interesting to see whether his supporters have been talking to themselves in an echo chamber. Should Trump face Sanders, 2016 will likely be one of the craziest years in modern American history.

Homosexuality is a sin. Full stop.
That being said, if you’re against Milo and his writing, reassess your opinion ’cause there’s a real good chance you’re wrong. He’s one of the smartest men on our side.
Trump is a menace to American conservatism who would take the work of generations and trample it underfoot in behalf of a populism as heedless and crude as the Donald himself.
Anyway…..
National Review and 22 other so called conservative writers, Ha.
Are now throwing themselves onto the burn pit of American opinion.
Reminds me of another war-
As we drove an armored jeep down the road of another American media jungle war of opinions,
A Buddhist Monk set himself on fire and burst into flames.
One of the other troops commented,
“Its hot as hell over here, hope I don’t catch fire.”
National Review- Where have you been for the last freaking 8 Obama war years?
What did you say when he passed your beloved Obamacare? Spell check doesn’t even correct it anymore..
Ran up a queer flag over the Gay White House?
Sent illegal guns to the Mexican Drug lords and used them to kill thousands of Mexican citizens and even some Americans?
Allowed the IRS to rape and assault good citizens taxes because they voted for the Tea Party?
Nancy Piglos, Harry Reed, Bitch McConnell, John Boner, Paul Rand? ETC. ETC. Etc…….
Don’t worry National Review, if you catch American opinions on fire,
I’ll piss on you..
I dropped my subscription to national Review.
Let 3 American troops and one Ambassador die in Benghazi while he slept off some Bong donations.
His Apology tour and Arab Spring speeches,
with the Nobel Peace Prize hanging around his neck then destroyed the lives of 3 Middle East countries,
Libya, Egypt, Syria.
And so much other Shiite not to mention now.
Yes National Review, we do have a civil war going on,
and your opinions are not worth spit……..
“Should Trump face Sanders, 2016 will likely be one of the craziest years in modern American history.”
It already is. We have the worst political class in America since the decade before the Civil War, when the political parties imploded, the rule of law ended, and outlier politicians came to the fore. We live in interesting time. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
Well said, both times!
Congress has been a bunch of bootlickers to the most destructive president ever.
And, furthermore, the same thing will be happening in Canada. Even the National Post’s Andrew Coyne and Michael Den Tandt, who both touted Trudeau’s candidacy to the PMO, seem to realizing the destructive nature of Trudeau and his eminence gris handler Butts.
It’s like what Clint said about “too white oscars”, “there’s a lot of people crying”.
Let’s throw another spanner into the works:
Bloomberg runs as a third option.
We could have the spectre of trump vs sanders vs bloomberg
what do they have in common:
They are all closely identified (two of them born there) with NYC.
I think cruz must consider a bloomberg run as manna from heaven…
“I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters, OK?” – Donald trump
I was watching “Night Of The Generals” last night and couldn’t help noticing the uncanny resemblance of Milo Yiannopoulos to the young Peter O’Toole. It is rumoured that, after he dies, Milo would like to be reincarnated as a gay porn star. Toward this end, he could do worse than to be re-born as Peter O’Toole. His many followers would scarcely know the difference and the name would be perfect for his new profession.
Serious question: Many of you seem to be criticizing National Review for not being critical enough of Barack Obama. From my perspective, for the past 7 years I’ve seen an endless stream of columns published by them that did nothing but criticize Obama. What am I missing?
for some reason I have yet to get the slightest handle on, the initial ndp cause me to think of someone doing a dump.
I’m not exaggerating, I’m not bullshyting (no pun intended), but somewhere in my grand sum total of experiences and observations, there must have been some fleeting moment where the 2 , that is, the letters n d p and perhaps some image or somebody doing toilet humour, were juxtapositioned.
but I don’t know where. I must have tried to put the toilet humour out of my mind, I find it repulsive and never ‘funny’, but truly, n-d-p makes me think of someone having a crap.
odd.
This on-topic comment by Jeffrey Tucker is a must read.
“A new autocrat from the left or right threatens everything. A democratic movement fueled by blood lust, mobilized by raw resentment and baying for vengeance could empower a new form of oligarchic control, resulting in a calamity that no one intended but no one can control once it has power.”

Wait your turn Milo near the end of the “Debate ?”. What a joke the female moderater let the female Liberal/Democrat/Progressive dominate the actually amount of Speaking time as she has been trained to do by the Liberal/DemocratProgressive commentater instruction manual. The training teaches continued spewing out information, dosen’t matter if it contradics what was said earlier. The basic approach is to always dominate and control the interview/debate; it doesn’t matter if the Liberal/Democrat/Progressive speaker appears rude, indifferent to the topic immediately at hand, or especially accurate, just talk and overtalk until the end of the time allowed for the Video/Show/program. The female representative for the Adam Smith Foundation is not only a poor representative, if she represents the present culture of Adam Smith in the Institutional environment I for one will not only skip over any such pronouncements I will advice all and at anytime mention of this verbose, rude personality
“”could empower a new form of oligarchic control, resulting in a calamity that no one intended but no one can control once it has power.”” Tucker
COULD!! Could is just the fear that they lose Control. Drivel by small minds… Trump will produce results for the “whole” Country… Full stop.. If you are Soros (like) you are done.
It seems pretty clear that regardless of who gets the nomination, the right is set to turn on itself again and hand the election to the left. Trump is becoming the Palin of 2016 and before you start bashing Palin (again)… ask yourselves if you’re glad to have had Obama instead of Palin. If you are, then maybe you should be checking your Conservative values and not Trumps.
The fact that Sanders is a “First Generation American” speaks to what is our larger problem. His parents left Poland to immigrate to USA, but they brought their Communist ideals with them…Sanders is a good little Polish boy pleasing mommy & Lenin. The late 20 century EU immigrates have mostly infiltrated America with their communism…
The Sanders customs are not American…He is legally an American, but with little skin in the game.
NeoLuddite; after reading your link my thoughts of rebuttal poured out as follows;
The comment as written shows FEE as a supporter of the Establishment. It just convinces me the Media and apparently Fee is not only mistaken about Donald Trump; But just doesn’t get it and has lost sight of the structure of the Constitution of the U.S.A.
The Constitution does work even now; when every one of the Three Pillars of Power have steadily moved into a Cabal of incrementalist progressiveness to wards an apparent Oligarchy of Competing Baronies for Control of the Sovereign Ordinary American Citizen.
How it works to offset this Cabal’s unwritten agenda is the very features of creating the Cabal as follows;
Premier Institutions of Learning developed from the present ease of Communication; elimination of diversity through Regional Establishment Cohesion; Ignoring the Principles of Democracy through in & out movement from Government to Acadaemia to Bureaucracy establishing a wall of ignorance from the Sovereign.
The very complete and immediate disemination of information now available to the Sovereign Ordinary Citizen allows an individual insulated from the Cabal and their Media Minions manipulations to brush aside the Special Interest Vested Interests and ” Brings the Pitchforks of Knowledge into the Hands of the Sovereign.
FEE should definitely catch up to their followers if they want to be in a Leadership Position.
Polish eh, and alinsky is Russian, stupid is as stupid does. One of the problems America has is extreme left wing jews, the other is problem is stupid uninformed voters, kinda like some posters in here. These IIV LIVs are not just on the left side of the poli/soci spectrum
WHO ? beside a New York Liberal would vote for Nanny Bloomberg ?

They defended the gutless (read: crony) actions of congress.
Enough Dems to guarantee a GOP potus. A golden opportunity to elect a true conservative like Cruz.
