  4. What worries me most about Trump winning the presidency is that Trudeau will be campaigning against him for the next four years. That can only hurt the Conservative cause up here. Now that the left has slayed the ‘fascist’ Harper, they need a new target for their delusional hatred; Trudeau will be able to stoke his base with four years of Facebook memes about how we’re better than whatever ridiculous thing Trump has most recently said/done.

  7. A simple reminder that Liberals are back. J Chretien and his nephew, who happened to be US Ambassador at the time, intervened in the 2000 Presidential election. They mused Canadians would prefer a Democratic administration (Al Gore)
    Problem was Americans preferred the Republicans and duly elected G W Bush, setting the stage for 8 years of problematic relations. The nephew had to be reassigned, not cashiered as he should have been, for breaking all diplomatic niceties. Jr has learned nothing from the episode; he feels free to lecture Americans on political choices, but would be apoplectic were they to reciprocate at the White House level.

  9. As far as our new PM has thought it through, this is perfectly acceptable behaviour for a Canadian PM.
    This is Post Nationalism, we are not canadians, we are “citizens of the world”.
    Hence it is OK to import roving bands of paid voters, kept on welfare and controlled by their priests.
    That is why there is no concept of staying out of the American Peoples right to chose their own leaders, Just-In and his intellectual peers, know better than the taxpaying citizen, who their “natural” leaders shall be.
    The lack of situational awareness from this media and our libtards is deep.
    What would they say if the US President started decrying the Liberals and promising support to our conservatives?
    Pretty much a certainty it would not be the fawning silence our presstitutes have kept over the foreign money poured into the Canadian Election just past.

  11. Clearly this was for the “home” audience. I am sure many Canadians will cheer his remarks, however, they are unbecoming for the head of a country, and it would have been far more diplomatic and mature to voice some more neutral comment or even being a bit specific to indicate what he disagrees with in Trumps position — but this blanket condemnation is ignorant. I think Trudeau is missing a few marbles. I noticed during the debates that he frequently has a really vacant look. The guy is not a deep thinker.

We all heard the son of Pierre campaign on “change” which should have set off a few bells knowing his great admiration for Commie regimes like China and his family’s friendship with Fidel Castro of Cuba. It’s going to come back to bite really hard, he’s already showing his arrogance with his ignorance. I doesn’t need to utter the words “just watch me”, that’s his attitude and he’s already in that mode, he’s going to change how we elect government without a referendum. Hope all those who voted for the Liberal cabal who are still not ready to govern enjoy his smile as he takes the knife to Canada as we know it.

If it were to be Trump south of the border with Trudeau to the north, the Media Party will revert back to the way things were when it was Bush and Chretien, when they would blame Bush for the sour relationship between our two countries, citing Chretien’s opposition to the war in Iraq as being the primary cause — a canard considering that Chretien’s nephew poisoned relations after sticking his nose into the dimpled chad fiasco, stating that as Canada’s ambassador to the U.S. the Canadian gov’t would rather see Al Gore as POTUS as opposed to Bush.
    And on top of that, Chretien wouldn’t visit ground zero for nearly 2 weeks following the 9/11 attacks, despite Ottawa being the closest foreign capital to that mass grave site, with 25 dead Canadians there to boot. Only when Stockwell Day was going to upstage him did he finally decide to go. Despite all that, the Media Party stuck to its narrative — all continuity errors aside — and continued to blame the war in Iraq as the primary cause for our countries poor relations because to do otherwise would’ve meant they would have to blame a Liberal PM, de facto defending a Republic president, one whom they hated to the extent that they would mock what they believed to be his lack of intelligence and his penchant to say dumb things — the complete opposite of Trudeau, apparently.

    I can only imagine the level of uncontainable glee that Chretien and the old guard are feeling right now. Prett much carte blanche for whatever they want to do for the next four years, without even having to face Canadians.
    The idiot man child has been given that job, and as others have said he is so utterly vacant that I dont think he is capable of looking guilty when delivering LPC messaging.
