  1. Can someone tell me just what John Kerry has done to even be considered for a Nobel? Just asking.

  2. Snubbed? How does John Kerry facilitating the Iranians in obtaining nuclear weapons rate a Nobel Peace Prize?

  3. “Can someone tell me just what John Kerry has done……..”
Why he has personally walked in the ethereal light of the dark Almighty One, the giver of Social Justice and savior of those that feel entitled to continue feeling entitled.
Kerry is probably pissed that he can’t collect a lordship or baronship or something akin. I’m surprised he doesn’t break down with “Do you know who I AM! Do you know who I know!”

  4. Snubbed because he’s taken the “Chamberlain Prize in Appeasement”.
While the Iranians are collecting the “Rope-A-Dope Prize” for playing them like fools.

  5. Poor old Lurch. What to do, what to do, what to do.
Maybe the Nobel crew doesn’t like ketchup, or is it catsup?

  6. Not screwing the Ayatollahs was Kerry’s finest moment. He deserves a million virgins.

  7. …maybe them fossils at the Nobel Cabal learned their lesson after giving, yes giving the prize to Obama!

  8. Obama got his for “his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.
Carry may have gotten his for thickest hair in an American, and for so closely resembling Seattle Slew, winner of the triple crown in 1977.

  9. Sorry, but after they gave it to Obama for doing nothing, they lost whatever credibility they may have had. If receiving one means nothing (and looking at what O got his for, and then what has transpired – it really means less than nothing) then being snubbed means nothing, either.
I understand the emotion, though. I feel your gloat. As opposed to goat, which is fitting for one side of the Kerry/Iran coalition.

  10. They really broke ranks giving it Jughead, for “future successes”.
Too bad they can’t also recall the award, much like stripping an Olympic medal winner, for being a fraud.
    Same, same.

  11. They lost their credibility long before giving a Peace Prize to Obama.
Giving a Peace Prize to Yasser Arafat? The man that ordered the murders of thousands including a US Ambassador to Sudan?
My disillusionment started when I was in my teens and they awarded the Peace Prize to Henry Kissinger and Le Duc Tho in 1973. Kissinger accepted it, the more honest Le Duc Tho refused the Nobel Peace Prize in 1973. He and his communist pals knew that there was no peace and there would be war until South Vietnam fell. And South Vietnam fell less than 3 years later to a “peasant army” of Russian and Chinese supplied Armored Divisions, Artillery and SAM missiles.

  12. Thanks, rd. I wrote in a hurry, and remembered that the Nobel folks had shown their colors before, but did not take the time to look up the specifics. You are absolutely right, and I did try to imply that they had little credibility, but you are more correct – they had none. Yassar Arafat. Good company for the Big Owe.

  13. John Kerry being considered for the Nobel Peace Prize would be hilarious, as are the comments above, if it wasn’t so sad.
    Justthinkin and Scar, exactly.

  14. Keep in mind that the nominations are collected in February and March of the year, then debated till Oct. Nominations after the deadline are put into the collection for next year, so Kerry et al can now be in the running for 2016.
    Cheers

  15. Without question he will claim his next year. Bank on it unless the Iranians go public early that they’ve achieved entry into the nuke club.
