The problem is discussion of classified material on an unsecured channel – and in some cases, discussion of classified material with people who aren’t cleared to know it.

    Also, I am struck by the sheer arrogance of Clinton that she would see nothing wrong with using a private account for State Department business. It is a level of arrogance and entitlement that defies belief. In my job if I used a personal email account to conduct my company’s business I would be fired in a second. One email would be all it would take.
    And people wonder why Trump is doing so well….

    Rudy Giuliani says that Hillary Clinton is going to need a criminal lawyer. The former Federal prosecutor said Clinton is susceptible to at least half a dozen Federal charges, including:
    • Conflict of Interest
    • Obstruction of Justice
    • Destruction of Government Property
    • Mishandling Classified Information

  19. I noticed her emphasis on the fact that the e-mails weren’t “Marked” classified. So somebody stripped the messages of classification? That’s a federal crime right there. Plus the content and originators’ of the messages would have told a half-intelligent person that the messages were classified. For the average high security-cleared individual, this would ensure 10 to 20 years of free room and board on the “Big House”.

    The UN inspectors “now” want 10 Million just to pay their Bar Bills while watching Iran do their own inspections….
    Hillary is unlucky because she “alone” could ignore a sealed indictment… Run…. and if she won avoid a trial. The problem is that including at least 3 of her Aides created the crime of Conspiracy.
