Obamanation

Unbeknownst to many, because the Media Party mostly refuses to report on it, Wisconsin has been Ground Zero for Domestic Lawfare against conservative minded people:

It was indeed a home invasion, but the people who were pouring in were Wisconsin law-enforcement officers. Armed, uniformed police swarmed into the house. Plainclothes investigators cornered her and her newly awakened family. Soon, state officials were seizing the family’s personal property, including each person’s computer and smartphone, filled with the most intimate family information. Why were the police at Anne’s home? She had no answers. The police were treating them the way they’d seen police treat drug dealers on television.

Yet no one in this family was a “perp.” Instead, like Cindy, they were American citizens guilty of nothing more than exercising their First Amendment rights to support Act 10 and other conservative causes in Wisconsin. Sitting there shocked and terrified, this citizen — who is still too intimidated to speak on the record — kept thinking, “Is this America?”

  1. This is exactly the kind of bully work Hitler’s Sturm Abteilung, aka, the SA or Brown-shirts operated on behalf of the Nationalist Socialist German Workers party (NAZI).
Liberal fools and lazy conservatives allowed it to happen.

  2. It’s game over, folks. We didn’t stop it when it was possible, now it will only stop after having run its natural course.
It would normally take an eternity to go through this phase. However, the fiat currency implosion may hasten the process. Still, it will be very unpleasant for a protracted period that will seem like an eternity.
The psychopaths have learned a lot on how to control things, but they have not learned how to turn the clock back. They think that if they ignore reality, things will right themselves given time. What they do not realize is that they cannot escape reality.

  3. The “John Doe”law has to be the most suppressive legislation ever passed into law in America, it gives any Prosecutor carte blanche to use all the powers of the State against an individual,AND they aren’t even allowed to talk about it to anyone!
Even the NAZIs couldn’t have thought up a more repressive law, the State legislature must have been blind the day they passed that law, or maybe the fascists or communists were in power at that time.
Alinsky’s rule: “always accuse the opposition of doing what you’re doing”. The Democrats constantly accuse the GOP and TEA Party of being fascists……….

  4. SA were early days street thuggery…then they graduated to GEheime STaats POlizei (Gestapo).
I would have answered the door demanding to see a judicial warrant for search and seizure and kept a rifle handy…

  5. Yeah this can occur in Whynetario…..the Libranos have the OPP unions in their pocket.

  6. They knocked because their authority in this matter stopped short of forced entry. Once the door is voluntarily opened, it is taken as tacit confirmation that you allowed the officers entry of your own volition.

  7. Yes, and more likely the local Bloc Leiter reporting to the higher Ortsgruppe officials on who needed to be investigated for crimes against the state.

  8. Who the f@@k do these clowns think they are? (no insult to clowns). I would be screaming it from every roof top. The police state has arrived, and most LIV’s are too dumbed down to realize it. Shoot first, work out the details later. When the cops are needed in seconds, they are hours away. Thanks Robert. Great way to start a Monday.

  9. I ALWAYS check the living room window to see who is knocking. People I know have always known to telephone first, as I am not very receptive to surprise visitors, even my best of friends.
It has never happened yet, but if it ever ends being the police when I look and I haven’t called them, I’ll just ignore the door and telephone the station to inquire as to why they are here.
It was pigs like these that bald-faced stole firearms out of people’s homes on the flimsiest of pretexts. If they want, they’ll just come in anyway, they don’t need a paper excuse. A law-suit wouldbe fruitless of course, but then why make their agenda any easier?

  10. I would do the same thing. Sadly, we would both be dead as a result of the hail of police 9mm.

This cancer survivor has the right kind of moxy, “You have the count of 3 and then I put a hole in you”…you don’t step across the door sill unless your judicial paperwork is in order.

  12. Steyn had a similar piece last September on our new government overlords and their police state tactics straight out of 1930’s Germany. Definitely worth a read. Google: “Descent into Barberism”

  13. Looks like some commenters missed the part about the cops having a battering ram ready.

  14. Yep…I’m giggling a little at the folks here that are all puffed up with ‘I wouldn’t let them in’…ha.
Did you not read the whole thing? These are crazy thugs in uniform, power tripping on adrenaline hiding behind their guns and badges. And the people in their homes had no reason to believe they were being “attacked” until reality set in.
Truly frightening, and it will happen in a neighbourhood near you.
Although the article mentions one real name, I hope the ones hiding in fear under pseudonyms will soon speak out publicly.

  15. No, indeed; that part was quite clear. My point is “why facilitate them?”
Does the door get a vote?

  16. “I would have answered the door demanding to see a judicial warrant for search and seizure and kept a rifle handy…”
You would have died right there. Besides, they had warrants. The crooked judge saw to that.
You want to do things right, your whole -town- needs to show up whenever a cop car so much as drives by. Think Ferguson.
We’re not there yet. You lie on the floor and let them do whatever they want, then you live to fight another day. Its only stuff, it can be replaced.
It will however be -extremely- interesting to see what shakes out of this in Wisconsin.

  17. The scary part is that in Canada if you reinforce your door to resist forced entry you can be charged for “fortifying”…..this law was because biker club houses had real solid doors which resisted the cops battering ram.
If a cop at your door asks if he can enter….you admit him he can toss your digs without a warrant. NEVER let them in and ALWAYS SAY NO. Then they will go get a warrant with your refusal as probable cause….at least you irritated them…they haven’t your best interests at heart anyhoo.

  18. I think the title for this should be “GLOBAL TEST”
The problem here is you are screwed either way. No matter what. If you are totally innocent just minding your own business and you get the knock say you don’t answer it (which is your best course of action) and you do call the police station it will only buy you time your door will be kicked in in a few hours.
If you answer the door you are going down.
If you answer the door and start shooting you are going down and the media will paint you as a crazy and that’s why the police came there in the first place.
If you do anything the police have every reason and excuse as to justify why they shot you 40 times in the head,
This is not going to end well…….for the police. Forget about race, police brutality, and abuse of power ARE on the rise. I would say differently if this was Britain but in Canada and USA we do own guns regardless of laws when people see this stuff happening they will tend to throw reason out the window and start taking the law and justice into their own hands. And THAT will not bode well for police. Yes many civilians will die but police will be looking over their shoulder and from that point on will be targets, and then the military will have its excuse to roll through our streets and gov will then have all the reason to declare marshal law with extreme prejudice and become a dictatorship/oligarchy blah blah blah……we are done because we are all weak and scared of death and dying. So we will LIVE safely on our knees rather than dying free and fighting for freedom. All the sleeved tattoo guys with lifted trucks are the biggest cowards ever.

  19. Canada is not yet a police state; the US is. My wife and I saw the Gestapo in State College PA last year.
Now Justin Trudeau has American advisors … if the morons vote him in, then I am betting we will reach the Venezuelan condition before there is any chance to vote him out.

  20. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Border_Troops_of_the_German_Democratic_Republic
Yes, well I had a run in with East German Border Patrol back in 1977 at the height of the Cold War, who were not in the least averse to killing people in cold blood.
On my way to visit relatives, and the Border Patrol decided it would be intimidating to chamber their machine pistols pointed at me, while they processed my passport. I told them, “If you would like to create an international incident you should pull the trigger. If you want to keep your jobs, perhaps you should point those at the floor.”
They proceeded to point the machine pistols at the floor, checked the other passports in the compartment and then proceeded to the next train car. As soon as the sliding door to the next train car thudded closed, my fellow travelers erupted with “You showed them…!”
After all the towering mountain of BS that my family and relatives have put up with over the last 4 generations; handling police state BS comes second nature by now.
You would be amazed at what you can get away with, if you have the courage to lead and give them some ‘serious push back’…
But of course we should all just ‘cave in’ and let the clowns in their bully pulpits be untrammeled in their ‘authority’.
    Cheers

  21. Makes me wonder how many small steps we are away from people mysteriously disappearing and never seen again. It certainly wouldn’t set any new precedents and nothing makes the USA exempt from using police or army to safeguard the power structure of those that feel threatened if the judicial system goes from neutral to activist.
    http://www.yendor.com/vanished/
It’s not that big of a step to go from safeguarding the nation to safeguarding the status quo of the political elite if the judicial guardians of the gate turn a blind eye or become champions on a personal level. All that’s needed is the enemy and that can be anyone that disagrees or impedes progress with a competing vision. This is a historical template for many countries that were on the verge of falling apart for a variety of reasons but mostly economic. The gap between GOP and Democrat thinking is wide and getting wider. The gap between left and right thinking leaves little room for compromise unless it’s forced and we are seeing more and more of that. Activists already rule on many fronts and all that’s missing is brown shirts with vote for Hillary buttons on one side, gay pride buttons on the other and save the planet logos for arm bands. Simply vanishing is the reality in many countries. Home invasions by police and threats to shut up about it by police is a warning that we are on a dangerous path.

  22. Good for you Hans. At the rate we are going here in North America you soon will be able to polish your anti-police state credentials.
As far as the article is concerned, I hope that somehow this Chisholm thug and his fellow goons end up in jail.
All things considered, what with the radicalized leftist political party ideologies, the now open war on Christianity, Gestapo/KGB police thuggery (think the woman in the article and High River), anarchists openly attempting to disrupt meetings and stop resource development…the list could go on and on, we are on a course of the collapse of liberal democracy.
As discussed on another thread a day or so ago, the wolf stacks the land.

  23. The citizen volunteers in the Jade Helm operation in the states are being told they’re playing the role of Constitutionalist right wing Christian terrorists. Gives you an idea what’s coming down the pike very soon. Lots of speculation as to why the Walmarts are being shut down as well. Some say the buildings are being used by the military. I don’t know, but people south of the border are getting very scared and for good reason. Perilous times are near.

  24. John, I don’t need to remind you that the RCMP did exactly what is being talked about here only it was High River. I was sitting on my front deck and witnessed the whole thing. As far as I know, no one has been charged with a crime at this point nor held to account. If they can do this for legal firearms ownership and get away with it, they can do it for any other reason.

  25. Obama crimes against america their too numeroius to name right now but Treason and Abuse of Power is on the top of the list

  26. If you know your history these are the same tactics employed by the Committees of Safety and the Committees for Uncovering Conspiracies that the progressive “Patriots” employed against Americas conservatives in 1775. Canada was created from the American conservatives who escaped or were exiled after having everything taken from them by the progressive people of the time in 13 of the 15 Colonies for simply disagreeing with the mob.

  27. So much for Scott Walker. If he can’t defend his people in State, he won’t defend his people Nationally. He was just glad the spotlight was off of him. The Governorship is a powerful office: and he neglected to use it to defend his own.

  28. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for stupid people to have an election.” –Gabe Suarez

  29. Years ago I joined the military believing it was a noble calling, to defend the common good. I thought I knew what the common good meant and I believed that the military and law enforcement were on the same side.
Now that I’m older and hopefully wiser, I have come to realize that noble ideas are gone by the wayside. Although the police, perhaps on the individual level may be fine individuals, they as a collective cannot be trusted because of the “system” however that may be defined.
The day will come that those who serve (salary paid by tax dollars), will have to decide which side they are on. Here in Canada, the government(s)has all the guns for intent and purposes, the average citizen is really at their mercy.
What is happening in the States, will happen here…

  30. “So much for Scott Walker…..”
How do you defend things you knew nothing about ? This is only coming to light now. He was up to his ass in alligators himself and would hardly be in a position to look for problems carried only by rumors, if he even heard the rumors. The story doesn’t officially come out until the May 4th printing of the National Review. This is only the beginning and it should be interesting to see what the media does with it. I’m sure Scott Walker and Republicans in general will take special notice.

  31. From all I have read Scott Walker is a man of courage. He lived with death threats every day from the militant unions. Think of the OPP union heads supporting the Liberals and getting their blood money in increases. Walker turned his state around and got it back in the black, broke the unions, made it a right to work state and forced the unions to collect their own dues hence a 1/4 of the teachers dropped out of their union. I would vote for him in a minute.

  32. I suspect the District Attorney Neil Cavuto & Judge Barbara Kluka hope they get a safe and easy judicial slap…The alternative would be that they are targets of vigilante justice … Ace & King of spades

  33. It reminds me of a loser in California who was arrested at gun point and hustled from his home, in full glare of TV, for making a useless video of mohamad, that no one watched, but was personally selected by the Abomination to be his fall guy.

  34. Just read that again…Is there a time frame for these events?
I really can’t get the jist of it…did those home invasions happen recently? Or while during the Walker campaigns?(a few years ago)

  35. Our dogs aren’t normally vicious or aggressive, but they are pretty enthusiastic about protecting our home from unknown visitors. I don’t think a situation like that would end well – probably Luke and Heidi (our dogs) would be dead and me, too. I’m as loyal to them as they are to me and my wife, and I don’t care if one of them does have his or her teeth sunk in an unexpected visitor’s carcass, any attempted retaliation by the perp will be stopped by me in the quickest, most efficient way possible. Even if the odds are against me.
I really try to be a good Christian; you know – supposed to turn the other cheek and all of that, but I’ll bet that I’d send a few of them to Hell before I end up facing Jesus to explain why I didn’t. At least I have the comfort of knowin’ where I’m goin’, and taking out a few thugs on the way won’t change that.
I think I’ll say a little prayer for wisdom to avoid the situation.

  36. Well said Christian pilgrim!,
Many churches are preaching the pussification of Christian men and that’s not good and probly why the church is dying almost no men go anymore and the women that go are disappointed because they are being harassed by feminists everywhere.

  37. True personal story – We lived in suburban Chicago (Highland Park. Local bylaw forced each newly built home to have a fire alarm directly connected to the HP Fire Dept, which seemed silly overkill since our security system included a fire alarm, and it was monitored. Also, each home with the city alarm connected to the Fire Dept had a small lockbox at the front door which ONLY the FD could unlock, to get a key that opened our front door. One Saturday afternoon a fire truck (lights & siren) pulled up in front as I was watching a game on TV. They came to the front door, unlocked it, and came walking right in like they owned the place! I looked at them incredulously and asked “What the fark are you doing in here!?” They said “There’s a fire!” Apparently THEIR alarm had sent a false signal to the FD. Then it happened a couple more times in the next 3 months neighbors on the street – the FD got an alarm, but nothing had gone off in anyone’s house. Then one dark cold winter’s night, about 1:00AM, I hear noises / rattling / etc. downstairs at the front door. I wake my wife and tell her “Call 9-11 and then lock yourself in the bathroom!” I got my gun out of the night table (and put on my glasses) …tip-toed downstairs pointing a Taurus :410 (Google it; a handgun that fires a :45 round OR a :410 shotgun shell) at whoever was breaking in …only to find 3 firefighters now standing in our front foyer in heavy boots, fire helmets and carrying axes! …they saw me and the gun and started shouting “DON’T SHOOT! DON’T SHOOT! We’re just the Fire Dept! We got an alarm here! DON’T SHOOT!” … everybody (mostly me) calmed down; we sat and chatted for a few minutes, and it ended with me telling their crew chief: “You know I could have accidently killed one of you guys due to this silly law that forces us to have your crappy defective alarm connected to your fire hall, right?” “Yes sir, I know that – in fact, this is the second time I personally have been to this house on a false alarm.” “Right – so you and your union president need to tell your Fire Chief to DISCONNECT your crappy alarm from my house – screw that silly bylaw and flip the switch off, because I already have a fire alarm that’s monitored, and one day somebody is going to accidently kill one of you guys for sounding like you’re breaking in!” “Yes sir, that’s a great idea. Leave it with me.” The next day the Fire Chief and this crew chief both came to the house at dinner time, apologized profusely, re-assured us that our city alarm HAD been disconnected / switched off, and they thanked me for NOT shooting at anybody! Moral of the story > When people are breaking into your house, the chances are MOST PROBABLE that it is NOT a benign event. If I had not been such a half-asleep pussy that night I would have come down those stairs firing, and innocent firefighters would have been shot because the nannies of Highland Park, IL, had forced the installation of DEFECTIVE yet MANDATORY fire alarms in our homes … the unintended consequences or their nanny-statism easily could have been a couple of dead fire fighters.

  38. By quietly entering your house after midnight they not only broke protocol but also endangered their own lives. I’m surprised they sent anyone as the standard procedure with known possibly defective alarm systems is to phone first. Also would question why, on the first false alarm, when you were home, they would take the key out of the lockbox without knocking loudly on the door first. Also not proper protocol as the key is for access if the house is vacant. Either their training or competence is questionable as well as a lack of common sense. Or maybe just enjoying the power trip. It’s Chicago, so who knows ? The whole idea of the lock box stinks in my opinion.

  39. But, but, but so many time here at SDA I was told that cops are the good guys, that I was paranoid to call them jackbooted thugs. So please all you law and order types, provide examples of cops in Wisconsin who refused to carry those Stalinist orders, who since then broke ranks and criticized these blatant abuses, who quit in disgust, who were fired for insubordination when they refused to victimize yet another innocent family…
    … crickets chirping…
… because those good righteous cops are like the mythical tolerant, gay, feminist mooselimbs – a figment of imagination.

  40. “I really try to be a good Christian; you know – supposed to turn the other cheek and all of that”
Bollocks. When Jesus told Jews(there weren’t any Christians at the time) to turn the other cheek it had a specific narrow literal cultural context in the Palestine(an ancient Roman province) of 2000 years ago which doesn’t Apply At All to Christians in the Here and Now.
Tune in to this later verse:
    Luke 22:36
Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.(swords were the assault rifles of the day)
And what, Christian Pilgrim, do you suppose that Jesus told his disciples to obtain swords for?
Do people like you who think that the “turn the other cheek” verse somehow generally applies suppose that these followers would have had to sell even their garments to obtain a sword so that they could then beat them into ploughshares as a sort of symbolic act…
…..or can we more logically conclude, applying the principles of hermeneutics, that they were commanded to obtain swords for use in self defence?

  41. “I would have answered the door demanding to see a judicial warrant for search and seizure and kept a rifle handy…”
And they would start shooting. And they would kill you. And they would kept shooting and the bullets that missed you would travel through the paper thin walls of your house into your child’s bedroom (would you like me to point you to an example of that occurring?) and then one of them would toss a flash bang into your child’s bed (would you like me to point you to an example of that occurring?). And they would have done so with a full knowledge that any subsequent investigation would have cleared them (would you like me to point you to an example of that occurring?).
When jackbooted thugs are storming your house they are itching for an opportunity to kill you and yours. You give them a slightest excuse and you will be putting the lives of your loved ones in an immediate very real danger. And if you succeed in taking some of them with you (probably not), your family will pay, guaranteed.

  42. Well the Army has certified that I can shoot straight…so it should be pretty sporting.
