Liberals hate hunters until they hit a deer with their Prius. Then they want to know why nobody culls the damn deer anymore.
The Liberals have PETA and hippies, and that is all one needs to understand when it comes to the left and hunting.
A hunter has some measure of independence. Liberals want everyone to be dependant on the State. Not hard to figure out.
Way, way back in high school, our class (rural school situation) got into a discussion about the guiding brotherhood protecting large areas of land from the depredation of ordinary hunters like ourselves. Our very left wing teacher (some redundancy there) suggested that the game should go to the highest bidder, i.e. the clientele of the guides. While that made some economic sense at the time, I realize now that it was typical leftist doublespeak. The guides think they have it pretty good at this time, but it’s a divide and conquer situation. When they are isolated, they will be attacked and taken out. It’s just a matter of time.
These anti-hunting idiots oppose hunting until a mountian lion or coyote starts snacking on their pets or stalk their kids since many of them live in a urbine and suberban areas or aprtments and penthouses where their closes view of nature are what they see on some contrived nature program long on emotion and short on facts
To be fair, most hunters hate liberals too. They tend to be tough and bitter.
Stupid liberal flatlanders thought it was cute to have deer in their yard BAMBI IN THE BACKYARD no these idiots find out what deer eat and the mess they leave and now their Rats with Antlers
And depending on where they live…those deer may be followed into suburbia by cougars, coyotes, wolves or bears…which will then prey on even easier meat such as pet dogs, cats, toddlers, old folks going for a walk in the park and early morning joggers.
This one does seem to deserve the “How many deaths is Walt Disney responsible for?” meme.
In both Calilornia and Oregon the voters passed bans on hunting Moutian Lions becuase the voters were so easly manipulated by fruadulent propeganda by the animal rights jerks in Alaska however when the voters were urged to pass a ban on the areal hunting of wolves they totaly rejected the ban becuase up in Alaska their nature isnt so disnefied and they see the real wild critters like with Praarie Dogs liberal idiots think their so cute until the little varmits dig big holes in their backyards or their hy-bred horse breaks its leg stepping into a Prarie Dog Hole
Its true many on the left despise hunters. But some leftist politicians are hunters themselves.
Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, John Kerry are all avid hunters. And even Joseph Stalin was a hunter!
Liberals hate hunters because they are self reliant. Period.
Not unlike that they hate gun owners, or the very guns in the hands of gun owners.
Yet they love the police and BIG government agencies with guns, lots of guns go figure.
