  2. At the comments, the thread has segued into an argument over whether ISIS is evil.
    Wtf difference does it make? They are the ENEMY,they are determined to destroy US, do we have to use trendy words to get aroused enough to fight total war against them?
    Send the soldiers, Barack Hussein,Allah will forgive you, and do NOT let ONE f***ing reporter within fifty miles of the action. While you’re at it, ban cell phones and any other device capable of recording and /or taking photos.
    Then let our guys do the job they should have been allowed to do but weren’t since WW2.

    One of the aspects about our current fast communication culture is, that the potential enemy knows what we are thinking or not thinking.
    In the past, psy-ops required leaflet drops and big high powered transmitters (subject to jamming)….now the other guy just needs a lap top.
    You do not necessarily defeat and enemy by killing him….it’s a psychological thing.
    The lefty media and diplomats snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, despite military success in Viet Nam.

    Obama could, at any time, liquidate these ISIS SOBs with drones. Note that he is not doing that.

  16. Until the West comes to terms with Islam, we are no more secure than we were on September 10, 2001. The dominant progressive nihilistic culture is handing our civilization to Islam while our statist structures under their control wallow in pc obfuscation guaranteeing Islamic success while preventing citizens acting rationally and in their own defense. Every sentient citizen of Western nations should be free to tell Muslims that their religion / fascism project is retrograde to civilized existence, we don’t buy the lies, we won’t be colonized by Islamic demographics, we won’t do business with Muslims, we want no more of your immigrants and we want you to leave Islam or leave the West. Until we reach that point we are losing the game. As heretical as that sounds, that’s the most optimistically peaceful outcome.

    Islam is not just a religion. Its a total way to order a society. Just like socialism, some being more equal than others is all.

I don’t know about Canada, but statistically speaking, over the next 5 years, thousands of Americans will be killed by the illegal aliens from Latin America who are being deliberately escorted into American cities. Tens of thousands more will be assaulted or raped. It is also conceivable that there will be genuine armed insurrections taking place in California in the not too distant future as a critical mass of illiterate illegal aliens buy into the phony narrative that large portions of the American West were once part of a mythical homeland belonging to the ancestors of those illegal aliens.
    It is hard to imagine a scenario under which large chunks of U.S. territory will be lost to Middle Eastern terrorists and almost as hard to imagine those terrorists taking more American lives than the lives that illegal aliens are going to take.
    Far more citizens have been killed by illegals than were killed on 9/11. The ME is a distraction. The real danger is the actual invasion of American territory which is currently taking place.

    So, how would that work? Seriously, I’m curious to know your vision. Maintaining peaceful protests across the street from every mosque in the country for the next couple decades? Businesses refusing to serve any man with a full-growth beard? Publicly berating any woman in a head-scarf who walks by with her kids on the sidewalk?

  23. I think you do this by not being afraid of asking a woman in a hijab why she is wearing that garment as I do. I state islam does not require you to wear that and if you have come to the freedom of Canada it is time to throw off this misogynist clothing else why come here. Ask them if they want to defend the freedoms they enjoy in Canada or do they want sharia law here. Be prepared for angry responses but if we don’t challenge these muslims and just roll over then we deserve what will happen. When Ezra Levant organized his Pro-Israel rally in Calgary there should have been a million people turn out to support them and Canada.
    Start standing up and questioning why 14 public schools are used as mosques in Ontario. Why are we always backing up while islam moves forward? Write to your MP, MPP and papers. The left has made us into racists and islamophobic if we confront Islam, it is time to change that or we will surely see the rise of ISIS here.

  25. The “vision” is civil censure and it includes all of the above (the beard is a somewhat wide shotgun approach), including Dave’s remarks. Islam is a fascist project in addition to the mystical BS, it incorporates a threat of violence hold on it’s followers and others. Islam means submission. Western civilization has only three broad alternatives. Give up liberty (and hence Western civilization) and employ fascism to defeat fascism. Domestically, this would take the form of a civil war and is the most likely outcome. Surrendering over time and incrementally give up Western civilization, which is the path we are now on thanks to progressive Islamist deniers (I include George Bush and his “Religion of Peace”); or, allow free born citizens to apply as much (non-violent) suasion as possible and as early as possible. I see no other options as Islam doesn’t reform and in the progressive dominated West, dis-assimilation is now widely prevalent.

  26. There is a fourth option involving a firm stance against allowing cultural subversion.
    * Vigorously develop energy resources that reduce the income of Islamic countries. Islamic countries are only a bother because of their wealth and, in a few cases, their geography. Reduce the income, reduce the potential for trouble-making.
    * Severely restrict commerce with belligerent Islamic countries. Except for energy resources, there is nothing produced in Islamic countries that the West really needs that can’t be obtained elsewhere. They need our goods more than we need theirs.
    * Control immigration and the granting of citizenship. Ban immigration or even temporary visas for citizens from belligerent Islamic countries except for attendees of diplomatic events unless those citizens are seeking asylum. Require the recitation of a pledge of religious tolerance and respect for the law for all recipients of visas and even those seeking asylum because of religious or political persecution. There is no good reason to grant asylum to an Islamist whose faction just happens to be losing a civil war. Verify the legitimacy of persecution claims. Require the pledge for all who are granted citizenship. Require the pledge for all diplomatic personnel visiting from hostile Islamic countries who wish to leave the narrow confines of diplomatic events. Revoke the visa or asylum status of anyone who demonstrates a clear unwillingness to live up to the pledge. Expel any diplomat who demonstrates a clear unwillingness to live up to the pledge. Make the advocation of violence against non-coreligionists or apostates sufficient grounds for revoking visas, asylum or diplomatic status. Establish special courts which expedite hearings to revoke visas or asylum status and establish a legal framework for non-citizens that is distinct from normal legal proceedings. There is no good reason to provide the same extensive process protections and legal representation that citizens are entitled to. And don’t give me grief about that. Non-citizens don’t rate the protections of a political compact of which they are not a part.
    * Prevent any compromising of Western legal or political institutions in order to accommodate the immigration of Muslims. If you want to be a citizen of the West, then you must assimilate to the political and legal sensibilities of the West. There is no moral or ethical or legal obligation of an immigration destination to modify itself at the behest of newcomers. If you can’t live with that, than don’t come here. This principle should be explicitly written into public policy.
    Nothing that I have written above is inconsistent with a free society. By specifically naming and denouncing any attempt to water down Western toleration in the name of accommodation, the message will be sent to assimilate or leave.

    I find your denouncement of mysticism troubling. All societies maintain a mythos. Suppress religion and new religions will be created. Stop teaching old myths and new ones will be created. The death of Perseus and Ulysses just means the life of Superman and Batman. Or maybe you are one of those people who believe the baloney that religion causes conflict? Sorry, but that notion just doesn’t fit the facts. The Will to Power causes conflict. Religion is just one form of factional identification. Banish religion and factions will still exist and they will still compete against each other and they will still abuse one another. If religion caused conflict, then North Korea would be one of the most peaceful, non-militarized countries on Earth.
