There was a time that the world understood the worst kept secret was that the west had Israel’s back. This premise was so well ingrained that even Israel felt that if they gave something up in return for peace those that threatened Israels peace would become a target of the west.
This premise has been proven to no longer hold any validity, and consequently Israel is forced to go it alone. If the panty waists want everybody to sit down for tea and buns, the west must once again let those threatening Israel know in no uncertain terms that an attack on Israel will be eliminated with all due prejudice. Dave, when someone is firing missiles across your border and states unequivocally they want you and your DNA gone from the earth, they are already at war with you. For example, artillery barrages are rarely preceded or followed by an offer to live in peaceful coexistence.

I remember when Israeli soldiers forcibly moved settlers from Gaza as Islamists cheered. that was a day of shame. Look where it lead to. As most of us who watched at the time knew it would. Land for peace was never an option. When one side only wants genocide what other out come could there be?
