Sorry if I stepped on your toes a bit Joe. This is your discussion and I kinda jumped in and stole your thunder. I just couldn’t resist when he refused to even pay lip service to my questions. We are zeroing in on a couple of important elections over the next couple years and I am darned if I am gonna sit idle while folks who should know better mess things up. But I will step back and let you fellas have at ‘er, assuming this goes on much from here. Besides, I really don’t want to gang up on a brother in arms too much. 😉
Actually TrueNorthist I thank you for your input. Not that I am to be anything to be concerned with. However I do have renewed concerns for the WRP following oa515’s comments. If his views are common in the WRP then I personally want nothing to do with the party. I am very concerned when a party I supported resorts to lying, cheating, stealing to gain power rather than do the hard work and develop a constituency through hard work and clear communication. Has the WRP been taken over by a bunch of scuz buckets that will say anything do anything to achieve power so they can then do whatever the h’ll they want once they are safely elected? YIKES!!!!

It’s going to take more than some anonymous person on the internet to change my view that WRP is the party furthest to the right.

On the other hand we are warned: “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.”
Fortunately they have 2+ years to get things in order, but stuff like policy needs to be in the bag well before you start thinking about forming government. That conservatives in Alberta do not know what the WR plans to do differently from their chief opponents is odd but not fatal, as long as they do something about it. To be perfectly honest, if I were a resident there I would still be seriously considering the Wildrose, but I would also be making a lot of noise at the constituency level. I understand you cowpokes do that kinda thing much more than in other provinces. I’m jealous.
