1. Check out the link to the article on “Polar Vortex)….
   The laughable point here is the sudden acquisition of the term “Polar Vortex” ….
   The polar vertices do exist and are centered over Russia (Kamchatka) and Canada (Baffin Is.) …. these are low pressure weather systems that are basically stationary and increase or decrease in intensity. The large cold area moving over North America is a High pressure weather system.
   However to the habitually ignorant and uniformed media the term is nothing but a catchphrase to be used to add drama to their performances. Clowns.
