I’m a seious student of the history of Israel and one thing’s for sure, that country’s academic standards and credentials might be the best in the world. That’s why they are a world leader in science and medicine, vigorous in their art, literature and philosophy too. Combine that with a vibrant democracy that accomodates the full political spectrum and you’ve got the last place on Earth where there would be any sanitizing of history. Anyone who would say that is either very stupid and ignorant or just a Jew-hater.
I am a not so serious student of Israeli history and agree 100% with yop.
One only need read a few books on the history of the state of Israel to realize this.
Yeah well, I have encountered a few zealous, homicidal IDF members…..but compared to the HAMAS/PLO/Hez’Bollah crowd they are the exception not the rule.

The difference is the IDF prosecutes these loose cannons while the HAMAS/PLO/Hez’Bollah crowd cannonizes them as role models.
This romp through the Hezbollah Theme Park, not to mention just getting there, was surreal. To think that we’re still inviting Muslims, many of whom sympathize with these sickos, to live in the West is also surreal. Madness too.
Nice to see that not all our foreign aid money is going into weapons. A theme park knee deep in bullship is so much more rewarding. So good that we super rich, undertaxed Canadians could help out.
Criticizing Israel does not make you a Jew hater. Accepting anything the Israeli government says as a fact makes you simple.
Israel has sent death squads to other countries. They regularly kill Palestinians and their children without providing any proof that the dead were terrorists and they imprison young men for years without trial.
They have illegally extended their borders and set up settlements in other countries territory. Palestinians living in Israel are second class citizens.
And, yes, the Palestinians and Muslims are to blame for all of it.
