I find myself tuning to MSNBC when I need some levity and confirmation that the inmates are still running the asylum. The entertainment on that mental midget channel is really hard to beat. Shultz , Sharpton and Rachel alone are worth the price of admission. Their “lean forward” adds are almost as good as all the nanny state ads on CBC. I have it down to a fine science when to change channels and go back to Fox news. Always within half hour or whenever I feel I’m going to be sick. For pure entertainment it’s hard to beat. For news though, it’s easy to see why Fox beats the snot out of them.

I read Eckhart Tolle before he became known on opra’s snoozefest. Although some of his ideas are a bit beyond my personal horizon of belief, I can attest to the validity of his work: recently it helped m e pull through the death of a family member, and I would have been a wreck without it.
I shake my head at much of the “oprafication” of america, and I can’t stand that condescending “dr” phil. But you gyp youself by condemning everyone as fake who’s guested on the O-show.
