In the interest of inclusivity, let us together offer Greetings of the Season to everyone:
To All Our Leftist, Politically Correct Friends:
Please accept with no obligation, implied or explicit, our best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the summer/winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. We also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2012, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make Canada and the United States great nations. Not to imply that these two countries are necessarily greater than any other country in the world. Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, colour, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishee.
To Everyone Else:
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Modified from an e-mail sent around within the latter group.

And right back at ya’ Robert and a heart felt Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year to all
Best regards,
Pat from “River City”
Merry Christmas everyone!
loved it. Merry Christmas Robert, and to the rest on here. I enjoy the contributions from you, and you all. Dave from Maple Ridge.
Wishing all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Merry Christmas to Robert and everyone else, and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2012.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all from the far North.
H a p p y H o l i d a y s!
Went to a candlelight service with my grgrkids and they are surprised that they’re not excited about Christmas yet.
I said what is missing is that necessary Canadian ingredient – a couple of feet of snow.
Santa, if you’re listening, please bring us a nice gentle snow fall tonight.
White or green, Merry Christmas to all!
Amusing. People where I live have obviously not been infected with the political correctness virus as the most common phrase I heard in social intercourse today was “Merry Christmas”. And, while hating to be overly picky on Christmas eve, I still think that the title needs to be corrected: instead of “Parallel worlds” I would suggest that “Orthogonal worlds” would be far more appropriate.
Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year to Kate and all of you at SDA.
Merry Christmas and a have great New Year to all of you at SDA.
Kate thank for running blog. It is by far the blog out there.
Feliz Navidad from Nicaragua. Aqui no hay “political correctness”. Leastwise, not in matters Christmassy. Fireworks going off as I type this. All the best to Kate and all the regulars here.
Merry Christmas SDA!
Now, where is my robot dragon?
Robert, I’ve never mentioned this basic fact:
YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!
Brilliant post, man.
Merry [non denominational non gender specific ongimwhitesodon’tknowwhattosay holiday]
Nope.
MERRY CHRISTMAS SDA!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you Kate for giving so many hope and a voice.
Blessings go out to you.
(and according to the guy that stalked me on my ((curry instigated intestinal insurrection)) abbreviated vacation)
I’m some sort of Archangel, even when I told him to pi$$ off on the ferry back home.
O what was I saying?
MERRY CHRISTMAS SDA!!!!!!
dwright
I hear more Merry Christmas’ from my Jewish, Hindu and Muslim neighbours and colleagues than I do from other “Christians”
Merry Christmas to all.
To all Christians, and those non-Christians who like to celebrate their cultural heritage: Merry Christmas!
To all Jewish folk: Happy Hannukah!
To all atheists: deal with it, like a real grownup would.
To all pagans: happy solstice, and don’t forget to sacrifice a goat/sheep/your firstborn child to ensure the sun returns.
To all who celebrate Kwanzaa: sorry, but your holiday’s fake.
To all who celebrate Festivus: Seinfeld is so over. Please get a life.
I don’t comment much here but I certainly appreciate everything Kate, lance, EBD, Robert, Vίtruvius et al. do here. SDA is a beacon of light in a seemingly muddled world. Merry Christmas and Христос Раждається!
and from the chief moonbat, Christmas greeting that never once mention…..Christmas

Drew –
At this time of year when we gather with family and friends, I want to send you and your family warm wishes for a joyous and peaceful holiday season.
Thank you for your unwavering support of the Democratic Party and your determination to make real change that has improved the lives of millions of your fellow Americans.
Have a happy and healthy holiday season with your family and friends. And thank you again for your continuing commitment to the Democratic Party and to our country.
Best Wishes,
Nancy Pelosi
you’d think that the democrats wsould be pandering to the majority of potential voters instead of the 0.5%
PRINCETON, NJ — This Christmas season, 78% of American adults identify with some form of Christian religion. Less than 2% are Jewish, less than 1% are Muslim, and 15% do not have a religious identity. This means that 95% of all Americans who have a religious identity are Christians.
