American radio talk show host, Dennis Prager, featured this column on his show this morning. Entitled “Black, Female and Single”, it was written by a graduate student named Angela Stanley. It starts off quite harmlessly:
FEW things in life are more irritating than the unsolicited comments I get that black women, like me, are unlikely to marry. Family members ask, “Are you ever going to get married?” as if I am remaining single purposely to keep them from attending my wedding. Well-meaning married friends try to sell me on the idea that being single is liberating. And then there is my octogenarian aunt whom I love, but who also manages to unintentionally sucker punch me whenever I visit with the comment, “Maybe if you’d just straighten your hair you’d be able to find a man.”
Note that Ms. Stanley is mostly referring to the comments of her family members, especially her elderly aunt. One would naturally assume that these people are African-Americans.
A bit further down her column takes an insane left turn:
So why all of the negative attention on black women? It is part of a persistent historical and present-day attack on black people in America, with black men made into deviants and black women into problems.
Huh?!? How on earth did the comments of her Black relatives get transformed into a “persistent historical and present-day attack on black people in America” by Caucasians?!? The answer to this question may very well lie in Ms. Stanley’s research interests: race, gender, American politics, and public policy.
This is Example #57,349 of how the brainwashing of the Religion of Leftism has replaced Logical Thinking throughout academia.
Does she mean that no other group in the world but blacks would like to see their daughters marry? Not only is she racists, she is particularly stupid. Now maybe if she took off her plaid shirt and quit watching Ellen?
Yep. It’s a real mystery to me why she’s still single. Surely their must be one man out there who can agree that the whole world really is stacked against her and would scrape on bended knee to share his life with such a bottomless pit of self-pity.

The fact that 70% of black children are born out of wedlock and most remain in single parent families (moms and kids) could we say that too many black women create a problem for themselves (and others) by allowing too many ‘deviant’ black men to have sex with them sans commitment?
Further, why would a ‘deviant’ black man morph into a committed family man if no one (black women) bothers to insist on it? Bill Cosby suggested it and payed the price.
I kinda like the afro myself and I would never choose a woman to marry based her hair type, or her skin color for that matter. God knows, many women do much more than straighten their hair to attract a man. The stiletto shoes and waxings women suffer through to look more attractive is proof enough.
Clearly that women has a problem living in a white dominated society, nw matter how whitey bends into pretzels trying prove their non racism and support for the black community.
Perhaps she could consider taking herself to a black dominated country … there are many to choose from. Most of them have great weather too.

Talk about a sign of the times. Her studies essentially defines Obama’s presidency. Of all the opportunities available to someone with a little motivation, what would inspire someone to take up racial victim-hood as a career? Oh, right, the POTUS.
Hope this is not too “off-topic”. Just read an article on MSNBC on how “Black Peter” is racist in the Netherlands and should be shown the door. Holland is called the “Netherlands” when it was controlled by Spain in the 1400’s and 1500’s. Spain had just driven out the Moors courtesy of Ferdinand and Isabella. Moors were always depicted as black (Shakespeare’s Othello comes to mind). Black Peter is from history.History is NEVER politically correct.

If, back when I was single had dated a black woman I can tell you the first time she pulled any of that Oprah-Winfrey-head-bobbing-finger-waggling-“Don’-go-there-girlfren’ ” BULL$HIT I would have ditched in the restraunt with the bill.

By coincidence, I happened to surf by a website today that had a bold image that said: “The Truth is the truth, even when nobody believes it. And a Lie is a lie even when everybody believes it.” Well said!
This unfortunate brainwashed woman has spent all those years in an academic environment of leftist group-think, in which is taken as a given that “everybody knows ______” the meme, the Big Lie of white racism and black victimhood.”
Here’s an example from her essay, “Significantly more black women than black men are earning college degrees. That means significantly fewer black men [than black women] are on college campuses…”.
She then goes on to explain why, “Where are those black men who might be in college? The drug war has swept millions of poor people of color, a disproportionate number of whom are black men, into the criminal justice system. … These men have significantly reduced employment and economic opportunities and are sometimes viewed as less viable partners.”
Notice “the drug war”, which in my white racist mind translates to “the criminal justice system”, has swept these unfortunate young men into jails and prisons. These young men had absolutely no control over their own behavior and actions, you see. It’s all the fault of “the drug war”.
She then explains away as racism these criminals’ post-prison generally bleak employment and marital prospects. Ex-convicts with felony records are again “victims” by those business owners and personnel managers who generally prefer to hire employees with some education but without felony prison records over those without education but with felony prison records. Positively Jim Crow! As far as being viewed as “less viable partners”, by unmarried women [of any race], I’m less apt to consider that “racist”, than “common sense prudence”.
But then, I’m white and, in this young lady’s academic world and their group-think, therefore guilty of being a racist until proven innocent.
Now, by a very interesting series of connect.the.dots, and there is a connection that goes to the heart of the liberal rot in America, we come to Condi Rice’s explanation of why her professor-minister father was a long-time registered Republican voter in the South. “My father joined our party because the Democrats in Jim Crow Alabama of 1952 would not register him to vote. The Republicans did.”
She just black balled marriage in the name of race.

How in the hell can any teenager male or female, black, yellow, white,mature to healthy self-assured adulthood?

Before the civil rights movement, minorities were pigeonholed by bigots and victimized by discrimination.
Since the bigots have been marginalized by the success of the civil rights movement, the only way these people can continue to cry for victim status is to pigeonhole themselves.

Who would want to marry ANY women who spent her entire waking life agonizing over her belief that the cards are stacked against her?
This woman clearly enjoys playing the victim card, and she is clearly very angry and filled with venom. She feeds on it, she needs it.
Without it, she has no identity…..just another woman in her mid 30’s with a useless degree in victimhood. She’s upset that society doesn’t recognize her superiority as clearly as she herself does.
The thing is, a petty little grievance victim like herself gets a stage and audience to cry to because of her race.
If she were white, this wouldn’t be a story, and Michelle Obamba wouldn’t be in the Whitehouse.
There are other places, with more pleasant women. That’s her problem.
She needs to get some politician to sponsor a “black men can’t marry outside their race” bill. Someone will do it, just to show how progressive we are.
