I love compairing the gas prices between BC and Alberta. Poor BC voters pay anywhere between 10 to 15 cents more because of the enviroMENTAL tax on gas. [Now if our federal government would stop using the term”Global Warming” like the did while talking about the power dam on the East coast.]
You can change Prov and compair with any State, in both gallons and ltrs. You can go back six years.
With gas this expensive, it may be time to drill into Michael Moore.

It appears the Americans pay 96 cents per litre,compared to our current $1.30 per litre,yet our dollar is on par or higher.
Is the entire difference “taxes”?

You can actually see the exact spot where the oil price caused the economy to collapse. I’ve been telling people all along it was the gas prices and not the “evil banks” that caused the recession. Scary is that if the trend hold we will be right back to the same price by summer. What happens then?
