  3. This is effectively the Radical Muslim version of what Canadian Lefties have done for decades with the phrase “we don’t want no American style here.”
    I’ll never forget the time I was at a public debate on health care held at Vancouver’s main public library. The debate was between Debra McPherson, a horrific woman who heads the BC Nurses Union, and a 20-something fellow from the Fraser Institute.
    Whenever the gentleman tried to make any points, a gang of imposing women (I’m being polite with my terminology) in the front, clearly McPherson’s comrades, would starting muttering “we don’t want American style healthcare” over & over again at varying volume.
    When McPherson took the stage, she took on the aggressive union leader persona that you’ve seen in old black & white movies.
    This is what public discourse in our nation has devolved down to, folks. 🙁

  6. Tarek Fatah did himself no favours by backing out at the last minute. He apparently (according to BCF there was plenty of police presence) was in no physical danger,and now his critics are calling him a coward.
    The switch in moderators,apparently done the day before, was underhanded, but Fateh should have made the best of it and had HIS people tape the whole damned event. If anyone tried to lie about bias on the part of the moderator,Youtube would straighten out the BS pretty quickly.
    As it stands,Tarek Fatah is the loser here,and those “moderate,peace loving” Muslims have won another round.
    In Leftyville the Lefties are cheering tonight.

    He is a Muslim, is he not? He still belongs to the Religion of Hate, no?
    Either way you slice it, the radicalized Muslims are taking the ground our forefathers spilled their blood for without even firing a shot.

  12. At some point reasonable people like Tarek will realize there is no point debating these people. They only lie and cheat. You don’t talk to cheating liars, you -defeat- them.

  13. If Fatah was an ex Muslim, I might credit his supposed intentions. He is just the good cop Muslim in this farce. Avoid disappointment, place zero faith in what any practicing Muslim says. Ask Terek about Jews and Israel and see what he says.

  15. There was pretty much no problem with bringing cameras (I have a DSLR) to the debate (as stated by Mr Fatah) and it’s not the NAMF who cancelled Ms Mock – she withdrew herself and Mr Fatah knew this one day before.
    Also, no one in the debate, as mentioned in some of the comments on “Blazing Cat Fur”, said Shariah Law would be wonderful for Canada. The whole debate is available on youtube.

    1. The cry of Allah Akbar (God is Great) is when the NAMF official mentioned he has a witness that Mr Fatah confirmed he would attend.
    2. The official told the people shouting “Allah Akbar” to “calm down”, so some people saying they allowed the ‘extremists’ to carry on is incorrect.
