I shake my head sadly as yet another thwarted individual seeks redress through the “legal” system for hurt feelings (Black Mamba at 2:19 pm). It can only end in sorrow (see Jarndyce versus Jarndyce). However if you persist in this path, might I recommend a real firm of lawyers, Argue and Phibbs of Sligo, Ireland? http://www.sligotown.net/courthouse.shtml If you feel your case is strong, you might go with Argue, but if obfuscation is your strategy, perhaps Phibbs would be the better choice.
