Now that the Russkis have banned grain exports, what is the Canada Wheat Board doing? Can we assume that they will announce lower prices for farmers as a result?
Looks like 2 cars were parked illegally, probably blocking an entrance of some sort, or parked in the spots of guys with big giant brass balls … cars removed, problem solved.

Look at the silver car’s roof. There is heavy damage there on the driver’s side, *before* the claws were brought out to grab it.

My first Mazda is laying at the bottom of the ocean after being lost off the deck of a cargo ship.
At the dealership, we had to wait for a while because the replacement ship carrying hundreds of new Mazdas sank!

Gosh…I can hardly wait until someone adopting this “towing” technique decides to tow my lexus…apparently I may be in for more repair costs than originally anticipated.
Although, the “tow truck operator” would undoubedtly find himself in a shallow grave…just kidding…sort of…

You can pick up your car at the compound just outside of town. You must pay the towing fee.

In Israel they have fork lift tow trucks. Cars park everywhere and the operators just pick them straight up and then plop them on flatbed.
Really fast.
He’d never get away with that in Dalton’s Ontario, I mean, the operator wasn’t even wearing a hard-hat! Imagine.
Would they have to tarp that load in Russia to make sure nothing falls onto the roads or onto a pedestrian?

Chances are the Russians will be looking to buy from us. It is their wheat production, in Russia, that is banned from going any place.
Seems they are having one bad ass drought and heat wave there.
Drought in Russia, the world’s second largest wheat producing nation, obviously the Canadian Wheat Board will be -lowering- payouts in anticipation of lower international prices. When prices jump, the Board will announce that this was “unexpected”.
Because that’s what bureaucrats do, the dumbest thing you can imagine, every single time.
After just checking todays (Friday) markets…wheat is down the limit.
Ontario 2010 contracts @ 233$ (rounded off) a metric tonne.
Ontario 2011 contracts @ 268$ (rounded off) a metric tonne.
How’s this compare to Western producers and what the CWB is offering?
