    I’ve been of the opinion for a while that if you are a Brown, Red, or Yellow woman/girl you can expect no support from those that claim to advocate for Woman and Minority victims. For a time I thought this hypocrisy was about women victims, but now I understand this isn’t the case; it’s actually about the perpetrators, it’s about men! What I’m saying is this: if your going to be raped or murdered, may it be at the hands of a White-guy; then, perhaps you may find justice. The bottom line is, this type of criminal behaviour would NEVER be accepted if the perpetrators are White. I have little doubt that if I committed some type of egregious crime against my wife and kids( all Metis) that I’d be in shackles that day, and have the full weight of every Woman’s Advocacy group from here to China demanding justice, and rightfully so; yet, if the same crime is committed while they’re at a Pow-Wow on reserve, by a drunk cousin, all bets are off for justice. Also, it’s likely that if you’re a White Biotch and killed for honour you can probably kiss justice good-bye as well.
    It’s not about race! This is about Men from foreign cultures and the Woman’s Advocacy groups that are by stealth protecting these creeps and enabling them to terrorise the women in their lives.
    Am I wrong here?
    As a parent of two girls, I will make sure that they are well aware of the diverse cultures in Canada and what you can expect if you marry into one culture or another. I concede that it will be the decision of my girls whom they have a family with, but I can sure as hell make sure they have all the facts when they are pondering possible suitors.

  13. This hymen thing is basically just a myth anyway; it’s not at all a reliable test for determining whether a woman is virgo intacta (should you concern youself with such matters).
    Perhaps if that were explained to members of the Muslem Community we could all have a good laugh over this silliness. They’re usually so reasonable about stuff like that.

  15. Maybe this means I might actually see a hymen (or plastic surgical approximation of same)in my practice rather than just in anatomy books. The very sexually mature appearing 14 year olds I’ve seen brought in by their mothers to be checked out for “yeast infections” (and while you’re in there check for any sexually transmitted diseases) don’t have any sign of a hymen and vehemently deny having sex. The birth control pills that I prescribe at the insistence of the mother are to “keep periods regular” and the material I mention on how common chlamydia is in the town I practice in is probably redundant in these young “virgins”.

  16. I wish more Women would speak out about this hypocrisy. Everyday we get nearer to Sharia Law, yet feminists or Just Ladies in General just can’t see the logical end of this sort of PC. Most still don’t know what fate waits for them if they do not conform. Including the right to be a person in their own right. Ripped from them as well their humanity, to feed the blood god of Islam. This belief system not only hates females, but believes it has the right to torture them.
    For their own good of course.

  28. Political correctness is a glorified game of rock-paper-scissors. If you have competing Victim ™ groups, such as women vs. non-Christian religion vs. non-white race vs. sexuality, etc, how do you decide which one takes precedence? Indeed, the precedent can vary from instance to instance based on context. Oh and also, we need more public grants to study victimization so that the rules can be refined.
