  1. I looked at it, but it’s not a blog, so I didn’t really take it seriously.

  2. I made it to page 65, and then realized if I did not understand by that point what the point was, there was no point.
    One word: FAIL

  3. MSM is no longer doing the job, so political blogs are filling the gap and giving a voice to a many people who would not be heard otherwise.
If we had a broad cross section of media to present the different view points, rather than an almost exclusively progressive one, the blogs would not be as prevalent.

  4. The “NEWS” is no longer “news”.
It’s cat shows, makeup tips, Apple press releases, and banal urbanite ick. Dreck.
Hasn’t been news since Cronkite. And the void is filled by others, better I might add!!

  5. How can they call me an opinionated follower when,….. they don’t even know whom I follow???!!!!!!
blogs are different things to different bloggers but the important thing is every 100 hits per day probably costs some MSM type their job. Or is it 200hits / day.

  6. What came to mind early on in going through this …
Kate’s “As if the only difference between sh!t and shinola was the speed at which it is delivered!”
Then again … there was some effort made to quantify a few ideas/opinions that are commonly expressed about dinosaur media and blogs.
Too bad though that no effort made to qualify any of those underlying assumptions which give rise to such opinions.
All in all …. plenty of words to cover very little substance.
I’ll bet it’s good for an A plus in the non-sciences though!
