Well, if he really was rafting in the Grand Canyon then chances are he didn’t know anything. I’ve heard cellphone reception isn’t great on the water in massive canyons. How it’s “work-focused” is a bit of a mystery unless it’s how to “avoid work” focused.
If ABC is reporting this then likely the Obama regime is setting up Tom Strickland as the fall guy;
either that or they’re all stupid.
Well thank goodness he was on one of those team building programs. I mean it counts when he isn’t having fun …. doesn’t it?

Oh, come now! This guy’s in the department of the Interior. The oil slick is washing up on the country’s EXTERIOR! It’s nothing to do with him. Geez, guys, get a grip, eh? When the oil starts flowing up the Mississippi, this guy will be rested and ready, and until then, no carping, alright?
