I’m not sure I believe this story, but it’s always interesting how little anyone cares about what Arabs do to Palestinians:
Egyptian forces pumped gas into a cross-border tunnel used to smuggle goods into the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, killing four Palestinians, Hamas officials said.
“This is a terrible crime committed by Egyptian security against simple Palestinian workers who were trying to earn their daily bread,” Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum to The Associated Press. “It was a killing in cold blood. Hamas and all the Palestinian people condemn it strongly.”

How other cultures choose to treat their members is none of our business. We have enough problems of our own without telling others how to run their lives. If it does not directly affect us then leave them to their own choices.

i’ve a suggestion….incidentally inspired by Humphrey Davy’s labours….what one should do is have a camel in the tunnel!…when the camel shows signs of any noxious infusion by the gyppos one is instantly alerted and takes the appropriate action….
it’s only a beginning of course but surely some clever armourer cum terrorist in pallywood could monger some kind of miner’s lamp out of unused Qassam rockets laying about the environment?

Egypt stated they filled the tunnels and the gas was probably CO. They really have no reason to gas the tunnels, just close them to avoid the international community.
Let’s not gloss over the positives here. It’s amazingly analogous to the ‘black on black’ drug/turf/gang crime and killings in North America. A lot of garbage gets moved to the curb this way.
First: It’s Hamas. They lie; it’s what they do.
Second: They’re Palestinians. They have long since proven themselves to be sufficiently stupid and incompetent to get themselves suffocated when the oxygen in the tunnel is depleted by natural causes, say, by the rotting of wooden timbers.
Third: So what?
Why the heck do you think they always try to sneak into Israel? The Palestinians know what to expect from their Arab neighbours that is why they normally do not try to sneak into Egypt.
I think a lot of people would be surprised if they looked up what happened to Palestinians in the first Gulf war.
It explains the love other Arabs have for them.
They don’t give them money. They let the Dhimmi west do that.
look at the numbers that where kicked out of the Country & ask what would have been the reaction if Israel had done this.

And although Egypt doesn’t really rate very highly on the concern-for-human-life scale, if it did in fact happen, I’d like to think it was due to stupidity or carelessness, rather than an intentional act.
I’m sure our trusted, hard-working, un-biased international press will get to the bottom of it.
Hamas has a long record of killing and torturing fellow Palestinians when it suits them. Of course the MSM rarely dwells on such facts for obvious PC and health reasons.
It’s not particularly interesting but it is very entertaining. I have noted that this happens a lot too.

Well knock me over with a D9; muslims killing muslims! Who’d a thunk it? Nobody knows how many muslims racked up the virgins in the Iran-Iraq war. I have seen estimates ranging from 500,000 to a million. In just one intra-religious war the ROP sent more of their co-religionists for a sand nap than the evil joooos have done since 1948. The problem for muslims is they just don’t get the press when they kill muslims. Imagine if the evil Israeli joooos had put gas down a terrorist tunnel used to infiltrate Israel to kill civilians on say, a bus. The press would go into their anti-Israel jihadi mode for a month. Sid Ryan and his merry bunch of NDP unionists would have freaked out and demanded a complete boycott of Israeli academics and goods and services. If the muslims do it to each other it is a blip on the radar. I had a Ukrainian neighbour who said “it is easy to find a stick when you want to beat a dog”. Yup.
Civilian casualties are only important when they are killed by our side. A little girl killed by a richocheting NATO bullet will get more coverage than a market full of women and children blown to pieces by the ‘religion of peace’.Even then the islamic apologists will mark up the market deaths as George Bush kills.
I wouldn’t care if every living human in Gaza died tomorrow. Such long-running stupidity should have negative consequences. Evolutionary, even.
