Wondered when this would catch on. AAP.
I work in a 25 man shop on the local campus and we have 2 black cats that fill the state quota laws. We were like , Dude, you can’t reboot the SMTP Server during the day, Dude, stop reading Faculty/Staff emails, Dude, you can’t look up girls cell phone numbers just because you have access to student records.
We finally revolted, and now these two are pretty much restricted to test systems, in other words, they basically serf the web all day and pull a paycheck. Damnest thing I have ever seen. And, it does not bother them, they know they have it made and the state can’t fire them without a legal nitemare.
Affirmitive Action President, that is exactly what we have. The lowest bidder.

Just as I have expected for a long time.Affirmative action = socialism = an equal level of misery for all except the elites.
BTW….if Cheatgaco gets the Olympics,will hiring the street gangs for security be seen as job growth for the O and the Demoturds to crow over?

President Obunghole got the job based on the colour of his skin, not the content of his character.
His performance is typical of those that believe in reverse racism and tokenism.

I don’t think the Obama team has this in mind, but this is now the time to re-organize Corp Management
Eliminate Management “Group” methodology (no ownership) decisions that are responsible for the UNION contracts that promise outrageous rewards for little or no performance. (Warm bodies) Incompetent Management, at all levels, must be identified & fired.
The Unions efficiency must be evaluated and if such efficiency can’t be found going forward the Business must consider out sourcing the process/tasks involved…including total shut down…

I don’t think it is affirmative action as much as this represents the typical double standard of the left side of the political spectrum …
I used to find a lot of common ground with many Democrats and Liberals online and in person when I used to criticize George W. Bush for spending like a drunken sailor and running up massive debts; and to this day few people would argue against the statement that George W. Bush’s management of the budget was poor.
Today, I find it nearly impossible to find any Democrat or Liberal who is willing to hold Barack Obama to the same standard they held George W. Bush to when it comes to the budget; and most of them make claims that the extreme state of the economy justifies deficit spending. At the same time, while I’m still critical of Stephen Harper for running up massive deficits (and only support him knowing that it would be worse under any other party), Liberals and socialists in Canada are not willing to forgive him for the deficits like they’re willing to forgive Obama even though they are both navigating difficult economic waters.
If it was truly affirmative action, people would defend Obama’s poor performance because he wasn’t giving the same opportunities to succeed and needs people to cut him some slack; the fact that they’re unwilling to see his performance as poor just means they’re hypocrites.

You are suffering heavier and heavier recessions and slower recoveries because you allowed all your industries to be uprooted and moved to China and India.
Only a complete dumb ass would not understand that.

IF we were given level playing field – i.e. no unions, no mandatory car insurance coverages that we never use, no world highest personal and corporate income taxes, we could possibly compete with Chicom workers. But we can’t, because for us there is a threshold below which it makes no monetary sense to leave home for work – it would cost more in bus tickets, than to stay at home.
If I had to take 2 buses and GO to reach work, it would cost me $12-14 a day, plus at least $5 to buy lunch. That’s $20 a day right there. There are countries where people make that much and save, not just break even. What is the expectation – that we forever will be buying goods made by them? Where would cash come from???

Actually if you had been paying attention that is what the free market was doing before OBONGO interfered…..stuff was getting outsourced and ineffficient business was shutting down. The Big 3 auto-makers faced labour cost hurdles and were going bankrupt…..OBONGOs solution bail them out and give majority ownership to the inefficeient unions…result GM and Chrysler are dead men walking….just a matter of time…in the meantime an obscene deficet drains the economy.

Obamba has made his campaign and career based on his blackness, and is surrounded by all the supporting actors, from Acorn to Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
He will never fail in the eyes of the left because he is a Black socialist activist, regardless of the insanity and pain that he brings to Middle America, in fact – the more the better.

There might be a few monkey butlers but they will train others.
If Obama was held to the same exacting standards that existed for Bush, he would ever have been elected in the first place. The ideal, not the practice, is what is more important. Nevertheless, they are reaping now what they have sown. When Christmas is tighter this year for them and not in the Obama household (though he doesn’t celebrate Christmas), we’ll see more fangs come out. The wallet and stomach muscles are the strongest in humans.

I was paying attention to Affirmative Action…
In ~ 1990 Harvard pushed the Management team concept; intended to give females & minorities a jump start in the Corporation decision process… It was stupid! because the group/team concept resulted in a lack of ownership, and most decisions were reduced to the lowest common denominator (dumbest team member). Those that came though that process, male & female, lack competent leadership skills. It was a dumbing down!
Name the gender of those that were responsible for regulating the Stock Market..SEC, etc
The three American, so called, scientists that supported AGW as man made… two of those were female & one was an Australian Male

The reasons that the left is “more concerned about the socialist ideology than reality”, and thus “more concerned about maintaining power than they are the rest of society. They put themselves and their beliefs ahead of the country” can be found in the decline of philosophy via Kant, Hegel and Marx in the 18th and 19th centuries.
Ever since Kant said that our eyes and ears were incapable of knowing “things in themselves”, reality has been less and less a consideration while the airy fantasies of socialism appeal to the brain-dead who don’t want to face reality.
Hegel was just the L. Ron Hubbard of his day, and Marx famously declared he would “stand Hegel on his feet”, meaning to postulate a material rather than a non-material version of Hegel’s “philosophy”.
