  1. I used to keep a few hives of bees….when it was warm and sunny and they were busy….they were easy to handle…..bad weather and they were very aggressive. An old boy explained this as they are like people—-when they are busy they are happy—-idle they are useless and dangerous.
    I have seen this in every race colour and creed….I myself have noticed, with myself, since I became unemployed and my lot worsened that despite extra time available, the housework gets neglected more and more…wadda-ya do

  3. Those of us who actually know a thing or two about how reserves function … or dysfunction … have been told to shut up and called ignorant racists for many years for making this same observation.
    I’ve always felt that the correct response to the pants wetting thumbsuckers who react this way to honest accounting of the facts should be a smack in the head. But of course that makes us “Haters” as well…

  4. I’ve been called a racist on many occasions for commenting on the deplorable conditions on reserves. I’ve worked for renovation companies doing repairs on reserves and can tell you horror stories all day. It sounds like Manitoba is no different than northern BC. BTW, Indians in northern BC call each other Indians so I do too.
