Answer: Yup!………..Depends on the enthusiast. Rare ammo usually hand loaded, picky enthusiasts (competition shooters or diehard hunters) may hand load to taste other than factory specs for optimum rounds that are difficult to mix and match over the counter (powder, primer, premium bullet , hotter loads, ect…).
Thanks , Knight 99…. I guess I fall into the diehard hunter category as well. I’ve never been able to buy factory ammo that approaches handloads for accuracy .
