  2. we havent heard the shrill screach of mama khadr and her horrid spawn in some time. CBCpravda has not being doing their usual followup. but they do continue to use the picture of a 15 year old instead of the 22 year old bearded sworn terrorist.

  5. The difference of course is that the Americans deal with terrorists as “insurgent combatants” and try them in martial courts ( military tribunals)…where the military rules of engagement are more important than civilian freedoms.
    Canada will do the dyslexic thing, as always, of trying people who act as combatants against us in an undeclared war as “civilians” in a civilian court where their little charter minority rights will cradle them from the military justice terror cell insurgents need.

  8. Dion will never know he’s stupid, he does not have the capacity to be that introspective.He firmly believes he is right, when he is so wrong, on so many issues..
    Liberalism is the sleep of the deluded, passing in a dream like state through real life..all bad things in this world are seen processed through a utopian filter that has no bearing on anything remotely real..
    Mr.Khadr should have been shot dead, the minute he killed that special forces medic..it was well within the Americans rights as the bearded one attacked them as an non-uniformed enemy combatant.

    Warwick, I doubt it. It’s no more likely than Jean Chretien is regretting going to bat with Pakistani Pres. Musharref on belalf of the now-late Papa Khadr, when Papa Khadr was captured by the Pakistani Army in a shootout with Al Qaeda terrorists.
    It seems Liberal Party Leaders and Prime Ministers have a habit of going to the aid of captured Al Qaeda terrorists.
    And what with NDP Leader Jack Layton speaking on behalf of “dialog” and negotiations with the Taliban…it seems the only Canadian political party that’s pro-West is the Conservative Party.

    Do you guys even know how the the US justice system works? Or any civilized justice system for that matter? You don’t get to just make shit up. That’s what protects us.
    This is a huge, huge victory for Bin Laden. He should send you guys a card.

    I believe you have to be part of the human race to receive ‘the justice’ you speak of.
    The justice system for civilized folk is not on the verge of collapse and are is still working as far as I can see. Furthermore, sir, military courts are as far removed from a ‘kangaroo court situation’ as Islam is from democracy
    And actually, if you took a few seconds to listen to Bin hidings rants, you would come to realize that the only ‘victory’ for him would be our total destruction, justice system and all….

  15. The funny thing is watching the MSM frantically spin the story. Presenting Khadr as a ‘Canadian.’ Only showing pictures of him as a 16-year old – not the bearded terrorist he is now. And continually screaming ‘Americans’ as a perjorative.
    None of it works.
    Canadians don’t consider him Canadian, regardless of what his passport might say. As a Islamofascist terrorist, Canadians want him punished to the full extent of military law.
