On Friday, the pro-family group MassResistance revealed that a performer at “Drag Queen Story Hour” at the Houston Public Library (HPL) is, in fact, a convicted child sex offender. HPL confirmed the report, apologized, and insisted the drag queen was never alone with the children.
 
MassResistance revealed that 32-year-old Alberto Garza, who goes by the stage name Tatiana Mala-Niña, was convicted in 2008 for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old boy. The library had not run a background check on any of the drag queens.

They just assumed they were all normal perverts.

    Speaking of “planting seeds” … my local Upper-upper-Uber middle class suburban community built a massive edifice of a BRAND NEW Library for the princely sum totaling just short of … $ 40M !!! I receive weekly calendar updates of the Guest Speakers, Lectures, and Children’s programs at our shiny new library. Every single one of them are hardcore leftist authors, and “story-tellers”. Every single one of them … indoctrinating … our local children to adopt every “progressive” notion of cultural advancement … like “acceptance” of queers, drag-queens, and trans-mutilated humans. Nope. I’ve not read of a SINGLE conservative author or “story-teller” at our LIEbrary.

This story is from the USA but I’d like to point out that, in Alberta, for me to volunteer at my daughter’s elementary school in any capacity that requires contact/communication with the children I passed a “vulnerable sector” police check which included fingerprinting. I would suggest that, in the event that your child’s school is hosting anything freaky with potentially deranged but politically correct outsiders involved, you make a fuss about vulnerable sector police checks.

    1. There was nothing “honest” about that mistake. Our society does not require perverts to read stories to kids. In fact hauling drag queens in takes away from the purpose of the story hour– which is supposed to be about the story.

  12. Can we go back to identifying LBGTetc. as sexual perversions, which they are, based on social norms. I do not agree with criminalizing these behaviours as was done in the past, but it is time to stop promoting them (with such idiocies as gay parades, and perverted sex ed in schools). It is undermining our society and hurting the next generation.
