  1. I remember when ‘you can’t parody the left’ meant something other than the fascist bastards literally will ban you from their platform if you parody them.

  2. There appears to be a connection between the soul and a sense of humor. The SJW lacks the latter, and apparently the former.

  3. I love this NPC thing. It is so spot-on to my experiences dealing with SJWs and anti-gun nuts. They really are 100% impervious to logic and facts. There is nothing you can say to them that will dent their little shell of belief.

I also love how Twitter banning the NPC meme is generating more buzz for it than the meme does by itself. Sweet!

  4. I remember reading John Barnes’ Meme Wars books not knowing what a meme was and considering the whole idea fanciful, but interesting never the less. What a difference a decade or so makes.

  5. The “doublethink” theme cited in the above presentation on the NPC meme is critical. Cognitive dissonance, especially if reinforced over time, is a powerful tool for breaking a subject’s will and conditioning him to blind obedience. For the masters of the Left to obtain the unthinking cooperation of Leftist activists and voters requires that those persons be broken to utter and automatic acceptance of any position the Left’s top strategists and tacticians decide to promulgate.

Having said that, BEWARE! For there are persons in every political family who seek that kind of power — and the tactic is not absent from their playbooks. Consider the “NeverTrump” community. Its cohesion arises from the same mechanism; very few NeverTrumpers have been able to break free even partway. The patterns are on open display in NeverTrump luminaries’ rhetoric.

  6. “The left wants us dead, prepare for it, plan for it, accept it, and act accordingly.”
