      1. mid island mike: After typing my message and filling in my username and email address, I put a checkmark in the ‘I’m not a robot’ box and then just click ‘recaptcha,’ then click on the ‘Post comment’ box and wait a few seconds. Works for me.

        2. That tip did not work for me. I am also having problems with Captcha. I can no longer post from my tablet, which is what I use most of the time when reviewing SDA posts. I think Captcha must have changed its programming recently. I previously had no difficulty. More recently I have abandoned a number of comments because of the issue. I can post from my computer, but neither browser on the tablet allows me to post.

    2. If the government truly believes CO2 is pollution, Canada should not allow any immigration. The current policy of encouraging immigrants from countries of 5 to 30% the per capita carbon footprint as Canada is bizarre.

    3. Political hubris knows no bounds.

      They don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow but they’re planning for 82 years from now!

Furthermore, and at the risk of sounding antediluvian to the trendy types, if you really want a heathy population increase, how about favouring the boring old nuclear family (man, woman, children, dog) in your socio-economic policy models? Stop making it so onerous for such families to prosper and you might be surprised what happens.

      On that note, we live in one of the coldest countries in the world for a good part of the year. There is no point in preaching population growth if you’re going to make energy costs so prohibitive that people can’t even afford to keep warm.

      Might be a good excuse to break a lease. People aren’t normally abusive to Indians. I know lots of them. I just make sure I avoid them when they are on fire water.
      The letter might be real because it mentions the lady as not looking after her kids. Indians never see this characteristic in themselves.

  15. Thousands, if not tens of thousands, of people broke down the Guatamela border with Mexico. Likely more than a few Muslim terrorists. All headed to a neighborhood near you. There’s video but I can’t find it.

    The article is focused on BC’s upcoming referendum on electoral reform but what is says about climate change is worth noting: “Observation alone can never establish proper scientific proof. Real indisputable knowledge, Popper concluded, can only be gleaned from the decisive refutation of incorrect claims”. For example, it was once thought all swans are white, but now we know better.
    “Claims “the science is settled”, on climate change…is mere flawed inductive logic.
