    1. Imagine CNN giving a news release?

Checking the earth’s surface and parallel, the Core hole it digs will come out somewhere in Canada.

  1. Forbes used to be credible. Now they’re just political. #nosubscriptionevah.

    1. I canceled my subscription to Forbes 20-some odd years ago when they went all-in on the internet craze and hired a new editor who regularly wrote garbage about how things were now fundamentally different and history didn’t matter when it came to the e-commerce world and that’s why Pets.com really was worth its $100 billion market valuation (or whatever the heck its price was – an insane amount). They still had one lone contrarian columnist who wrote the same column every two weeks for several months – the internet stocks were in a bubble, the prices were insane and you should sell all your internet stocks and get the hell out of the market. The day they fired him was the day I canceled my subscription. Admittedly, it took a while, but you know what eventually happened – turns out history still mattered and things weren’t fundamentally different after all and Pets.com wasn’t worth $100 billion.

  2. The idea that the virus escaped from a lab in Wuhan is plausible. It deserves to be considered. Siegel is pretending to be scientific and hard nosed here, but her argument comes down to playing stupid word games.

    1. It’s not only plausible but a virtual certainty. I always laugh when you see some bozo like Siegel stating that certain science with which they do not agree has been “debunked”.

      1. Yup. Like talking to the in-laws. I was talking recent medical updates on his conditions. It lead to a 5 minute screed on how evil Trump was and what I fool I am to pay him any credence (I didn’t mention Trump, only that that his recent diagnosis of arthritis meant the he could join my mom in taking Hydroxychloroquinine as she has for about 10 years now as a preventative precaution).

Evidence or logical thought process be damned. He knows what he knows, and doesn’t want any facts screwing up his worldview.

  3. We have Astrophysicists weighing in now. Which means Dr. Phil can’t be too far behind.

  4. What a SMART author of the article, he’s a PHD dontcha know!

He’s so smart, he went on ad hominem attacks, and ignored the widely publicized Furin Cleavage site of the genome, the smoking gun of genetic manipulation.

It wasn’t that long ago that Forbes was a trusted publisher, but now they reflect MSDNC Borg/Hive mentality

    1. Yep the sacred narrative June 3rd till now..We have always been at war with..who is it this week?..
When did Fake Guy Fauci’s emails get released?

  5. Taishan is a French design Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR).

They have small leaks or perforations in the Zirconium Cladding of some fuel rods. There are about 64-120 fuel rods in a Fuel Assembly, and a 1000MWE PWR has several hundres fuel assemblies in its core. Not a reactor I ever worked on, so I don’t know the details.

Right now the leaks are small in size , and they are (hopefully) only leaking radioactive gases, and not radioactive liquids or solids. Those leaks are NOT going to get better. They won’t miraculously seal themselves. They will only get worse.

A PRUDENT AND CONSERVATIVE NUCLEAR PLANT OPERATOR WOULD SHUT DOWN, not paper whip it and increase the radioactive limits. Unless they are about to start a refueling outage, they should shut down soon and defuel to find the bad fuel assemblies.

If they keep operating, they will continue to emit radioactive gases, and also add more radioactive contamination to the plant itself.

That means all the workers will get extra radioactive exposure from the crud that leaks from the leaking fuel rods doing their normal jobs as long as the plant is running.

But the people running the plant don’t care about the peasants. Let them get cancer or other diseases.

    1. They don’t care about the poor sorry b@*tards that have to run the plant or farm near it for the next 40 years either.

Just like they didn’t care about putting a Bioweapons Research Lab in a city with 10 million people. If they have a leak? Screw the peasants. Which is anybody not in the Chinese Politburo or their immediate family

      1. They certainly have no qualms about dropping spent rocket stages on the countryside. If someone gets hurt or killed from that, well, sacrifices have to be made to build the perfect people’s state, right?

  6. The way to look at the article is he is as much right as anyone else with or without certain titles.

The guy apparently thinks that he knows.
    Nobody knows, but nobody.

The thing is, the big pharma schemers were probably sitting on their ‘vaccines’ for a long time, had them submitted and rejected or perhaps not, nobody knows.
In case that they were sitting on them and could not get them past the regulators, they obviously used the mass hysteria to get it passed without additional trials and tests.
Now they are up to their eyeballs in money and are probably greasing palms of the media cartel and politicians.
The Calgary yapper station is a 24 hours a day propaganda machine insisting that everybody gets vaxed, all the while it being none of their damn business. Their management is full socialist assets with payoff from the idiot rulers of this country.

So here you have a theory that may or may not be the way things are, though very likely in general terms.
