Chinada

Halls of Macadamia;

So, correct me if I’m wrong, but the Feds dropped charges against these folks… because they feel they’re capable of murdering Crown witnesses? Just spitballin’ here, but that seems like a terrible precedent.

  1. With the billions involved, you’d be naïve to believe that the perps didn’t have agents within the prosecutor’s office and the RCMP.

    1. Thanks for that Marc.

But considering turdo’s recent buyout of the media whores, it’s hilarious that PostMedia would pretend to have any concern about the purchase of influence.

      1. This database is from a few years past, and linked to then by Kate / SDA, I don’t know (I seriously doubt it) if it’s being kept up to date with the same gusto as it may have been prior to the recent MSM $595 million tax credit scheme.

(The chop garage folks I refer to knowing were from high school, and… people disappear, the next I heard of them, was when I read about them in the newspaper in my 30’s)

  2. What questions should we be asking? The war against organized crime seems to be on hiatus. For years now we get no banner headlines on big drug busts or seizure of assets from organized crime activity. Why not? Is there a level of corruption in this country where bribery is successfully precluding criminal prosecutions? We certainly know this behavior is rampant around the world, even in the USA, so why not in Canada?

The high point of exposing corruption seemed to be when the Liebels were caught passing ‘brown bags’ full of money to their friends back east. Almost no prosecutions resulted not even when the conservatives under Harper formed government. Why?

  3. This sordid affair has a bad smell about it. Bags of cash under the table? Lots of good questions above.

This happened in B.C.,,,,,right? Check B.C.’s history of corruption. Many volumes of it.

    1. Who runs the dockyard? Hells. When I first lived in Vancouver, I lived in White Rock. Nice little ‘burb, with better weather than the North Shore. Walking down to the local pub, you pass the Hell’s “house”, right smack dab in the residential sector.

They’re just like the furniture in BC. BC politicians practice the same tactics of the Hells… Christy Clark and her cut of royalties from Alberta oil and gas development (wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to that pipeline, eh?), John Horgan and his “green” Weavil partner, who both drive gazoline powered vehicles to work, home and Whistler and virtue signal on LNG exports to Asia, while sticking it to Alberta oil exports. It ain’t all “tar sands” oil, BC., we produce lighter versions as well as gas liquids your Fust Nashuns use out in the boonies you azzwholes and you run your damned BBQ on it.

Kenny should put an environmental fee on NE BC gas, as it passes through AB on it’s way to Kitimat and new LNG facility. Then shut down the Trans Mountain into Seattle and BC, as the old pipe isn’t “safe” any more, until the new, improved one is built. That one would get some action.
Seattle has no inbound, US based pipeline to supply them and kills two birds in Vancouver….no flights out (jet fuel comes from TM supplied crude refined in Seattle and Lower Mainland fuels are supplied from Alberta refiners passed down the TM leg into Vancouver itself.
Then, block coal shipments by rail into Vancouver, passing through SW AB as it’s “dirty coal”, mostly from the US and then SE BC. That too would get some action, from Trump and not favorable to this Country. Suits me just fine. Stick a fork in it, this “country” is done.

      1. NE BC gas would not pass through Alberta to get to Kitimat.

Some BC gas is exported east through Alberta. Some is sent south through a pipeline that runs down through the centre of B.C. Sorry but I do not have the split amounts.

        1. It goes mostly to Vancouver, where the City plans to “ban” natural gas in favor of hydro, that from where I sit is currently inadequate to supply that particular plan, even with Site C input. Check it out. Other users might be cut off if John Horgan’s government ties into City of Vancouver’s death wish on fake “carbon pollution”. They should just quit breathing, if they are so concerned.
As to the source of the gas to supply this LNG project, and other planned pipelines and facilities, most of that will come out of Alberta, not NE BC. The formations supplying the gas are mostly in Alberta and will need NEB meddling to cross the BC/AB border, something the pipe liners (and John Horgan’s government) didn’t take into consideration when the permits were let. NE BC gas doesn’t have the volumes that AB does to supply that pipe. How do I know? I drilled gas wells as a Geologist for 25 years in NE BC and NW AB. Most of the supply will come out of Alberta gas fields, the Duvernay and Montney, with some spill over into NE BC.

This pipeline and LNG project will die the same death that Trans Mountain did. A thousand cuts. Welcome to Venezuela.

          1. good points. But the LNG project at Kitimat will use only BC gas – that is why there was no NEB approval for the project. There is an appeal before the NEB making your argument saying that Alberta gas will go to BC, so the project must go through a full NEB process. Which would probably mean the full C69 process.

I found the split for BC gas from the BC oil and gas website. For 2017
total amount of marketable gas was gas 1.7 tcf (trillion cubic feet)
consumed in BC = 0.2 tcf
exported to USA 0.53 tcf (Spectra through Huntington, and Alliance to Chicago)
            exported to/via Alberta 0.965 tcf

  4. Federal prosecutors mistakenly exposed the identity of a police informant who they feared could have been killed if the case proceeded, Global News has learned

Huh? Why does this EXCUSE sound soooooo familiar? Ohhh yeahhh … it’s the reason given for shielding all the government deception used by the Deep State in their attempted coup against President Trump. It’s the reason the American public sees heavily redacted Muh-Russia documents. It’s the reason PDJT hasn’t made public the corrupt FISA warrants and details of the Muh-Russia fabrications.

This is the NEW and desperate tactic used by the Deep State to hide their nefarious deeds against the interests of … The People.

  5. Clearly this is a small snippet of information, part of countless more examples/evidence that our country’s sovereignty is under threat.
Maxime Bernier as PM will clean house.

  6. Laws are for the little people.

The Liberino’s will ensure that Canada will be swamped with foreign criminal “investment” to set up permanent shop in the Land of Plenty.

Open Borders ain’t just for the “economic refugees” anymore it’s gone big school.

    1. So fentanyl and other opioids are killing vast numbers of white folk in flyover country … d’ya think our leftist politicians give a shit that all those pesky Electoral College Trump States are losing voters?

      Let’s see …

      – Dead Flyover country voters …
      – No borders, 22 Million illegals all automatically registered to vote in CA
      – Dead Democrats voting from beyond the grave

An American leftist voters wet dream … in fact, less a dream than what they jerk-off to daily.

      1. Why should they? Some of America’s worst losers are self-eliminating. Sounds like a win-win.

  7. They should never have been charged if all they were doing was ‘money laundering’. It’s their right.
