  1. A lot of folks are hoping its the kind of angel that gets impaled on top of the tree.

  2. I think we should erect a statue of Hiliary – so the pigeons can speak for all of us.
    – but that’s just me.

  3. I gotta get one for my sister in law, she always says “when pigs fly”, heres the proof, and when a proof is a proof well its da proof!

  4. I know just the person who would love a dozen of these …as skeet.
    “PULL! …BAM! …PULL! …BAM!” ….rinse, repeat.

  5. the great thing about this is that you can leave it on the curb with your dead tree after Christmas.

  6. I wish to patent the idea of a Hillary Clinton-shaped artificial fireplace log. The marketing theme will be either “Feel the burn”, or “Get used to the flames, Hillary”.

  7. I don’t know what has to happen for a lefty to get their wings but I bet it’s not a bell ringing.

  8. All this talk from HRC supporters of “shattering the glass ceiling” and “showing the world that a woman can lead a country”….(on the eve of the election, by Canadian Kim Campbell, that bastion of political credibility).
What about Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, or Indira Ghandi?
Whether you like ’em or not,the fact that the world has already been there, done that, takes away the only rationale behind Hillary’s bid for the presidency.
Fact is, conservatives are better at electing women (Margaret Thatcher) than lefties are.
This “angel” should have been a likeness of Margaret Thatcher. At least she knew how to smile without looking smug.

  9. “What about Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, or Indira Ghandi?”
Or Angela Merkel? Or Julia Gillard? Or Katrin Jakobsdottir? Or Theresa May?
The real news about female leaders is that, on balance, they have proven to be no better or worse than male ones.
And surely that’s actually a good thing?
Because as always, the progressive “oppressed-victim” mindset gets it all back-to-front: it’s not a sign of progress when you have a woman leader; it’s a sign of progress when you have a leader who just happens to be a woman.

  10. Good point, JJM. We will only have moved past identity barriers when nobody gives a rip whether you are male or female, or what your pigment/ethnic background is. At one time here in Sask. it was a big deal if you were Swedish and wanted to marry a Norwegian. Or French & Ukrainian. Or whatever. The groups had their own villages, and did not mix much. But the gov’t stayed out of things, and eventually the groups lost the identity barriers, and now nobody cares.
But when the gov’t gets involved by having special policies for different groups, it prolongs the segregation. And shows a remarkable lack of faith in the common people to do what is right over the long term. I know….. that is not news, that is the leftie mantra.
Anyway, thanks for your additional insight.

  11. Would you accept a business partner? I have an idea for a “premium” version of your log that includes an Amazon Alexa-type device that emits HER recorded cackles, laughs, and famous phrases like … “what difference at this point does it make” … before emitting HER screams of horror as SHE is consumed by the hellish fires of HER own sordid history.

  12. BTW … “Merry Resistmas” … is flippin GENIUS … real $6-figure Madison Ave. type GENIUS. Robert HAD to be a highly paid Advertising Copyrighter in a former life. Or at least a Kate-worthy GENIUS of phrase turning

  13. a couple years ago I got lambasted here @ sda for pointing out howcum the great US of A seems determined to keep a woman OUT of the oval office when around the world women leaders abound. including citing the names you provide.
    hard righters hard to understand . . . .

  14. “howcum the great US of A seems determined to keep a woman OUT of the oval office…”
    What nonsense.
Your proof for this is what? Hillary Clinton’s second failed attempt at the presidency? Or was she somehow “supposed” to win just because she’s a woman?

  15. And regarding this gruesome tree-topper angel: the last thing I’d ever put on top of my Christmas tree is a ridiculous “politician angel” – male or female or other, right or centre or left, white or brown or yellow.
I have to put up with them and their shenanigans year-round; I don’t need to be reminded of them in my own home at Christmas time.
(I have just the place for that Hillary angel but the spirit of season forbids mention of it.)

  16. “a couple years ago I got lambasted here @ sda for pointing out howcum the great US of A seems determined to keep a woman OUT of the oval office”
You probably missed the support for Sarah Palin here.
Personally I don’t have a problem with women in office per se, but Hillary Clinton’s office should be in Leavenworth, not the White House.

  17. Wonder if the accessories still include the trail of slime that was her legacy ? No Christmas tree angel of Hillary would be complete without it.

  18. Be sure to also get the completer set of tiny puke buckets for the rest of the tree and the collector streamer/garland that didn’t get to fall on election night.

  19. What a great place to put a pine tree. Not a great ornament for a Christmas Tree.
    Merry Christmas.
