  1. In fairness, he said that in reference to the Kenyan shopping mall massacre.
His contention is that those involved were “living in Kenya on fake papers” and something should be done to prove this. Sounds pretty sensible.
Yes, I understand the Alinsky political jujitsu here:
Let’s force our progressive opponents to defend a guy who says something outrageous.
But it muddies the waters and makes us free speechers look hypocritical.
If he’s not qualified for a job or doing a poor one, fine. But digging up every “binders full of woman” quote and piling on can actually backfire.

  2. Expelling those who are dedicated to destroying one’s country and civilization is a topic worthy of public discussion here.
Prof. Salim Mansur advocated a moratorium on immigration from Muslim countries until those here adopt Canadian values, those of a liberal democracy.
It is an issue we ignore at our peril.

  3. Besides being a drooling do-gooder, chowing down at the trough, what exactly “qualifies” a Human Rights Commissioner?
What kind of person would accept such a socially useless and destructive position?
Whats next? A safety commissioner, shadowing every working person?
    Or a political safety commissioner?
    Oh wait, thats Workers Comp.
Nothing says governed by fools and bandits, like fake rights commissions that strip us citizens of our legal rights.
The Kenyan/Canadian in question is a classic instant liberal.
A parasite and proud of it.
I think we have enough surrender monkeys and trustee’s, our prisons are full.
Can we send this self important leech back?

  4. They are all frigging lawyers! The Alberta Cons are unusually incompetent in appointing people to boards. I know lawyers that believe the law should be enforced as the democratically elected government intended without making up shit. Why do Conservative leaders have such a hard time finding board members that have the values of the people that elected them? They are out there.

  5. How does a DNA test determine Kenyan citizenship anyway? Is that not vaguely related to the evil ‘racial profiling’? I wonder if Moosa Jiwaji Binks would approve of DNA testing people in Alberta and deporting those who don’t meet my standard of ‘Ethnic Albertan’?
Scar, there are no conservatives in the Alberta Progressive Conservative Party. To expect any of them to act in a conservative manner is irrational.

  6. Many others have said things taken out of context and to a HRC where their life was turned upside down. This idiot is on one of these kangaroo courts (oh is that insensitive to Canadians originally from Australia??).
He should be turfed from the Alberta entity and then the rest of the gang involved and the HRC shut down. To determine that a person looking to become an engineer in Canada had his ‘human rights’ violated because he failed the engineer exam three times is insane!! The Alberta engineering body should strike back by withholding services until the decision is reversed. Shut down all private and government projects that need engineer approval until the decision is thrown outreversed in its entirety.
Very disappointed in you Kathy for alibiing for up this piece of excrement liberal/socialist and apparently genocidal-minded fool. The liberal/socialists would never, ever, ever, ever, never, ever, ever back down on calling for the same actions I just did if this were reversed.

  7. Chris
DNA would determine if a person was of one of the indigoes tribes of Kenya. If they are not then there is an increased probability they may be illegal, thus cutting down on investigation time. There are a lot of illegals in Kenya from neighboring Somalia. The mall terrorists were just such ppl. This type of thing is an excellent policing tool, just a little over the top though.
The thing here is that it makes the fool look like a hypocrite in his ruling on the matter in question.
Fire the lot of HRC jerks.

  8. scar asks: “Why do Conservative leaders have such a hard time finding board members that have the values of the people that elected them?”
Because a)the values of a large number of people who were panicked into voting for the Redford government are similar to those who kept their heads and voted for Wildrose, and Ms Redford isn’t about to appoint any of them; and b) anyone who shared the values of most Alberta voters wouldn’t want to serve on such a thuggish body.
