I was called a racist once by an obvious AA appointed individual. I replied I wasn’t a racist. I hate arseholes of all race, colour and creed. This was a guy that spent university on a bullhorn and received his citizenship because he got a gov’t job. The visible minority that was sitting with us at the time laughed intensely. This guy complained that of a 22 language manual it wasn’t in his native language.
The white trash that runs these institutions should resign en masse. By their own definition they are racists.
The ideology running the institutions is getting in the way of learning life stuff, the subjects that are necessary for the development of technology and other essential learning.
These institutions have got too much money, so to show some activity they come up with totalitarian ideologies to control their students. They abandoned common ethics and need to replace them with something clever to get the students sucked in to behave.

I was very impressed with the young lady you correctly pointed out that it’s the ‘anti-racists’ who are the racists for making race a central issue when it is not. Most ordinary folks, at this late date, are post-racial; it’s the elites who are racist, i.e., who have a unhealthy obsession with race. But of course, at root, it’s not really about race anyway, is it?
Of course it isn’t about race — it’s merely a wonderful little mechanism for certain members of western society (I like to call them liberofascists, although in the classical sense they are anything but liberal so shouldn’t be connected with the term in any way) anyway, it’s a way for this miserable little people to 1)get themselves heard (by somebody, anybody — they live to hear themselves heard); 2)shout down dissent without having to put much critical and deep thought into the discourse (most can’t, but I’ll grant they know how to put up strawmen and drift a topic). The same would go for the term “sexist” as well — like its sister term “racist” is has a mutability and ambigous quality that can easily be shifted to match one’s socio/economic/political agenda. Probably could include “class” (in the social strata definition of the term).
Kingstonlad — I know of what you speak, being myself of Italian-German-Welsh-Native-Creole origin with an Italian last name, growing up blue collar in a wasp environment and subject to all manner of ribbing (some innocent, some not so good natured) — I don’t know which was worse (as I’m a woman things were a bit different for me): being an actual victim of bullies and having to resort to using my fists to protect myself growing up, or being pandered to by the “intelligentsia” of college, who wanted to play up my more “exotic” parts and were mightily po’d (how can you be so racist, sexist, elitist??? you’re a traitor!!!!) that I didn’t quite fit the mold (at least the bullies were straightforward and didn’t try to take my soul).
The benefit of this sort of thing is that it backfires.
The students don’t have to revolt, just be revolted. This sort of thing is what the students will remember for the rest of their lives.

What is profoundly ignorant among these cultural authoritarians that we have in our academic midst, is their ignorance that all peoples, indeed, all living organisms, differentiate themselves, form groups, move into sovereign territories – and exclude others. This is basic to biological life. It’s not racism; it’s conscious awareness.
It only moves into racism, when this consciousnes awareness of differences is used as the primary causal factor, the basic reason, to value or devalue another person. ie..affirmative action and our multicultural clauses in our charter are acts of racism.

I think most people, at least all the ones I know, are like me in that we judge people by their actions, deeds and behaviour rather than the colour of their skin or their sex. It is only the others who insist on defining and identifying people by their “race” (colour) and their sex as we see in the various government programs: affirmative action, employment equity, diversity et cetera. I admit to having no patience whatsoever for this ideology, especially since the sane thing would be to hire the best qualified person regardless of colour or sex.
Furthermore, I reject the word race on the basis that there is only one human race, which comes in various colours, sizes, shapes and is composed of two sexes.
It’s obvious that anyone shouting terms such as “your racist” or “only whites are racist” are themselves a racist.
These people the “liberal left” seem to live every waking moment with race running through their squirrelly minds. The subject of their racial hate is of course “Whites” even though they may be whites themselves. The core of their delusions I would think besides some mental illness is blatant jealousy or some other sense of failure of one kind or another living in a “white” culture.
