Typical Chicago Politics Will Come Back To Haunt Obama
While the NYT’s prints a foolish attack piece with lots of innuendo about the Republican nominee, they remain silent on a story that is quite big AND has plenty of evidence to suggest wrongdoing.
Something which you can bet your bottom dollar will see the light of day over and over and over again if Obama is the nominee.
No fawning over the Messiah by the English press here. Hell, they even put up a picture of Obama that isn’t flattering: [http://tinyurl.com/2jh8be]
The story itself is well done, but can get convoluted at times with all the figures. Here is the cast. First up is Nadhmi Auchi, a European billionaire with a scandalous past:
Allow me to introduce you to Nadhmi Auchi. He was charged in the 1950s with being an accomplice of Saddam Hussein, when the future tyrant was acquiring his taste for blood. …-

Subject: Best of luck Ezra… Though you shouldn’t need it.
    Dear Mr. Levant;
I am a Canadian soldier currently deployed in Afghanistan. Yet even here, I keep abreast of events back in Canada. Upon learning of the possible upcoming lawsuit you may face for your stance against censorship and soft tyranny, I felt I had to somehow help out.
Therefore, today I have donated one thousand dollars to your defence fund. As you may know, our Risk and Hardship allowance (and a portion of our pay) is non-taxable, so don’t worry; even though I’m pretty much a middle-class Joe at the rank of Sergeant, that sum isn’t going to cripple me financially.
The reason I decided to give you some of my Risk and Hardship allowance is because you too are faced with hardship and risk. My brothers in arms and I are not the only ones trying to defend our freedoms and improve the lives of others. I see these qualities in yourself as well. […]
    Sincerely,

  4. Thanks maz2; I was just going to post that letter. A remarkable letter. Here’s a bit more of the letter. Go to ezra levant’s site.
“The reason I decided to give you some of my Risk and Hardship allowance is because you too are faced with hardship and risk. My brothers in arms and I are not the only ones trying to defend our freedoms and improve the lives of others. I see these qualities in yourself as well.
So, I’ve decided that some of the money that the federal government is paying me to defend people’s freedom should be spread a little more evenly around to someone who’s doing a job that is ultimately just as important as mine.
The Taliban want to take over Afghanistan not only because they seek power; for them, the control of the country is only a means to an end. What they truly want is to control how Afghans think, act and speak. Well, they’re not the only ones. It irks me that some of the same traits of our enemies are so common and banal back in Canada.
So Ezra, thanks for being a sentinel on our home front. We’ll fight the bastards over here, you fight their ideological brethren back in Canada.”
And that’s exactly what Section 13.1 and the groups who use that Section are engaged in, in Canada – they want to control how we think, act and speak. Just like the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

  5. Brampton woman jailed for threatening an aide of Dalton McGuinty.

A colored immigrant female gets thrown in jail
    ( indirectly ) because of a non-immigrant white male ???
Can you imagine if he had been a conservative instead of a liberal?
Can you imagine how this story would have been front page news to bash the conservatives and accuse them not so subtly of being racists thugs and chauvinist pigs ?
There would be protest in the streets,
Liberals would be demanding his resignation,
the CBC would have a field day,
it would be as big and as ugly as the liberal and their media could make it!
But he is a liberal so, move along, nothing to see…

  6. “We’ll fight the bastards over here, you fight their ideological brethren back in Canada.”
Somebody should post the letter to Ezra over at Kinsellas.
I wonder if the sick, fascist ‘ideological brethren’ bastard would delete it.

  8. I, TG, owned an album in the 70s that I am looking for the name of, band name? and the song name for music that is train related.
    [Southern fried rock]
    Very strident guitar sound.
The song begins in slow time and gradually builds up speed to a quick train tempo and ends with a high guitar tain sound and steam release.
The Album Cover is mostly green lily pond with a frog in the foreground.
Do you know this Artist, Album or song?

If you have a reasonable copy, I would likely buy it.= TG
