Party Of Fear Defeat

Spotted at Calvert’s final news conference today….

Tuesday Where-Have-We-Seen-This-Before? Update:

To make amends, the teens have committed to helping Alm’s team take down the signs on Thursday morning following today’s provincial election. Alm shook Hamilton’s hand and thanked him for taking the initiative to come forward and make reparations.
“I do appreciate that,” Alm said before the boys left the office.
But he didn’t appear completely satisfied when he took reporters to a back room to view the damaged signs. He held up a large one, ripped nearly in half and defaced in permanent marker with the word “fag” written under Alm’s photo and a Nazi swastika on his forehead.

  1. It all comes down to the difference between having opponents, and having enemies. Opponents bring out the best in you; enemies the worst.

  2. Come tomorrow night about 8:30pm, it is going to be sooooo sweet. To see those smug NDP’ers eating crow and the looks on Larry Hubich and Bob Bymeons faces.

  3. They had that at a news conference? Jeeze. That’s remarkably stupid even for the NDP.
These people are morons! Going to be nice to see them hitting the bricks after the election.

  4. My neighbors are a bunch of people so deluded they voted in Dalton The Sly, OMMAG. Still, at least it isn’t the NDP.
Dalton’s a lying sack of s–t and a horrific socialist, but he is is smart enough not to leave doodled-on pictures of his opponents around at a news conference. That’s the kind of stupidity that leaves you with a 15 billion dollar hangover 4 years later. We remember Bob Rae, here in Ontaristan.

  5. I’ll believe it when I see it? Are there really enough right minded voters left in Saskatchewan?

  6. Very mature ND’ers! Very mature! But I have to think there are some supporters that are embarrassed by this conduct. Embarrassed and discouraged that the physiologically immature have so much clout in the party.

  7. they will be crying like kids tomorrow night when the polls close.
maybe the government offices will be sabatoged like the dems in the US of A. take all the w’s off the keyboards.

  8. I wish all Saskatchewan the best outcome tomorrow. There is more at stake in this election than ever before. My fingers are crossed.

  9. I have great hope for the Election. There have been enough people I know who seem to be thirsting for a change, who want something to come out of our boom. I’m currently in Alberta (yes the nest of evil) working temporary project and I’m looking forward to coming back to a Saskatchewan new government.

  10. Yeah, good luck Saskatchewan! Hope your voters have the sense NOT to vote for the “devil they know”, instead of the devil depicted above.

Hey Phantom, baby, it must really stick at your gut to know that just about everyone you encounter in your daily life has so little respect for your far-right political ideas that the most conservative type they’re willing to entertain is John Tory–and even then, he lost by a landslide. Enjoy your day at work tomorrow, and remember: all your colleagues think your ideas are loony!

  12. I have only rarely watched television during the past 3 years. But I could get excited about watching an election where commie ass gets whupped real good!

  13. Kate: Between the unions and the party, it’s hard to pick who’s the most childish.
John West: It is the difference between children and adults.
Boots: Very mature ND’ers! Very mature!
    Oh please.

  16. Gee more damning evidence from SDA, especially when there appears to be an NDP sign defaced right under the sask party one. Might want to check your sources.

Gee, Steve, you might want to check either your eyesight or your complete lack of knowledge about Saskatchewan politics. The “NDP sign” you refer to is a picture of David Karwacki. You know, the leader of the Saskatchewan Liberal Party.

  18. What do you expect from people who patronize the public with supposedly “clever” political ads featuring HATS,share pillow talk about burning down legitimate businesses and send out adolescents (remind you of brownshirts and Hitlerjugend, anyone?) to kick down your opponents legitimate signage?

  19. Oh, and Suckboy, a child draws over a picture because he cannot, like an adult, use his mind to come up with clever language to make a point.

  20. Doug: …draws over a picture…come up with clever language…
Right, Doug, that’s the difference. Well spotted! Your prize.

  21. how to steal an election:

    (uh, its bin dun already!!!)

  22. I think Brad looks great with the goatee!! Makes him look like Robert E. Lee! Perfect attire to hunt down lost sheep and witches!! Adios NDP!!
(The followiung is verse from the famous song “Dixie.”)
“But if you want to drive away sorrow,
Come and hear this song tomorrow,
    Look away look away Dixieland.”
    (Wow!! How befitting!)

The Ont. election just prooves what a bunch of moroons live in Ontario. The fact that a whole election can change on one issue, which I might add isn’t even a big one shows just how far in the sand the Ont. voters heads are. People in Ontario would rather vote for a known liar instead of someone would would offer some CHOICE for the consumer.
The federal Lieberals are in the begining stages of trying to wedge Ontario vs. Alberta for the upcoming ferderal election. The down turn in some industries(manufactoring)is the life line the Lieberals hanging on to. All of Ontarios woe’s are Alberta’s fault if you ask the Dalton. This has been echoed by the Sask. Liberal leader who is demanding compensation for pollution from AB.
People like Ruby care not for whats good for Canada, but whats good for the Lieberals and the intrest groups supported by the socialist elites. Come on Ruby admit it, your either a teacher, social worker or some other union employee.

  24. Stupid kids. Are they even old enough to vote, I wonder? If they are, they shouldn’t be allowed to.

  25. What hypocritical bullshit it is to see you guys get your backs up over the NDP playfully defacing a tiny flyer at their own event, when a few posts down people are doing the same thing with the Calvert Sign Generator.
It’s not the government that’s making young people leave, it’s the faux-intellectual pundit-wannabes that make sure this province is so paralyzingly polarized that logic comes second to the colour of your lawn sign.
Your blog is a prettier soapbox, and your opinions are lazy, needlessly confrontational, and shortsighted. Congratulations.

  26. This might be dating me, but I’d mark up the picture a little unconventionally:
Red out his eyes, then put a big red “V” over the whole thing.
