  1. I believe the Sask Party needs to win at least 40 seats. If they do not there is a good chance the next election will fall back to NDP and Capital investment will not come to Sask for only 4 years of NO NDP. Saskatchewan stands to have an economy never seen in this country before, Alberta will look like a small demo. This will never come to see the light of day under the NDP or under the thought of NDP coming back to power in 4 years. Good luck Sask, hope you do the right vote on 7th of Nov.

  2. I can’t see the Saskies hitting 40 seats, but my prediction is 38-20.
Could possibly be 38-19-1 with Karwacki maybe winning his seat.

  3. Re: Sask. Party victory, NDP whipping. As they once said in “Western movies.” We’re gonna head em off at the pass.”

  4. THE NDP
There was a government from Regina,
Whose politics were based on schema.
    Their leader miscalculated,
    They capitulated,
And now they rule in contra.

  6. I’m calling it Sask Party 30 to 34, NDP 24 to 28. Ya gotta remember that this is Saskatchewan, and most of the free thinkers have gone elsewhere. The “natural ruling party” of Sask still has a lot of support. I can’t understand why, but they do.

  7. I have changed the closing times for the election markets to reflect the closing time of the polls.

  8. I voted 40-44
Kate, another poll that would be interesting would be one regarding the politics of your readers. I think there may be more libs/dippers monitoring this site than we think. the question is whether they would take part in the poll.

  9. So … only 10% of SDA readers gave ANY clue what they are talking about when it comes to predicting political results. The other 90% were SO completely out to lunch – they should give up on politics and maybe stick to fundamentalist christian sites …. am I surprised …. nope!

  10. Congrats to Steve on his prediction. Looking forward to the next 4 years with a Premier we can be proud of, we are now ready to join Alberta in the boom and create jobs here instead of shipping our youth to Albeta. Hope did beat fear, Thank you Saskathcewan!!!
