Is the FBI as compromised as Obama’s Justice Department and IRS? We’re going to find out.

The State Department has told Senate investigators it cannot find backup copies of emails sent by Bryan Pagliano, the top Hillary Clinton IT staffer who maintained her email server but has asserted his Fifth Amendment right and refused to answer questions on the matter.
Clinton had personally paid Pagliano to maintain her home-made server, which is also currently in the FBI’s possession. The agency has been investigating whether classified material was ever put at risk because she used her own server instead of the standard State email system. The State Department has designated about 1,000 of her emails as classified documents, which would never have been allowed on such a private system. Clinton’s representatives maintain that the emails were not classified at the time they were sent.

The four servers, which were located at the State Department’s headquarters building, were seized by the FBI several weeks ago. They are being checked by technical forensic analysts charged with determining how Top Secret material was sent to Clinton’s private email by State Department aides during her tenure as secretary from 2009 to 2013, said two people familiar with the probe. The people spoke on condition of anonymity because it is an ongoing investigation.
The only thing left to determine is who.

wipe is a powerful and dangerous utility to clean data off of devices. There are, however, caveats to using wipe with regards to journaling and/or remote file systems. Such cautions, Clinton failed to read and understand.

A staffer who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server while she was secretary of State is expected to plead the Fifth rather than testify before Congress.
Lawyers for Bryan Pagliano indicated the former IT employee will assert his constitutional right under the Fifth Amendment not to answer questions from the House Select Committee on Benghazi, citing the “current political environment.”
Pagliano is scheduled to appear before the House Benghazi Committee on Sept. 10.

The Last Days of Hillary

Hillary Clinton has spent a third of her adult life trying to become president. All for nothing.
The first time around, she wasted $200 million just to lose to Obama. $11 million of that money came from the notoriously “flat broke” couple. This time around she was determined to take no chances.
Together with her husband she built up a massive war chest using money from foreign governments and speaking fees from non-profits, funneled into her own dirty non-profit and a complex network of unofficial organizations staffed by Clinton loyalists, secured an unofficial endorsement from Obama and carefully avoided answering questions or taking positions on anything. There was no way she could lose.
Now she’s losing all over again.

Still, I’m reminded of that Kathy Bates character in the movie Misery. Not sure why.

So America’s allies knew Hillary’s system was insecure and tried to work around it. We can assume America’s enemies also knew, and tried to burrow within it. So emails about Ambassador Stevens’ travel and security plans wind up on a mom’n’pop server in a Colorado toilet – and Ambassador Stevens ends up dead.
