1. and this attitude towards honesty and truth is how you win elections kiddies!

The mess we find ourselves suffering through with a string of inept, corrupt and duplicitous political leadership is not so much the result of ballot fixing by the usual suspects ( this only effects close races), but a real problem with the “zombie or herd voter” (AKA LIV). People with MSM or PC lobotomies or just simple air-headed goofs who feel it is a “duty” to cast an uniformed vote are the crux of the problem.
   The real solution to our devolving democracy is to qualify the voter as fit to vote – can they prove they are intellectually competent to vote – voting is not a duty, it is a civil responsibility which carries culpability for poor or foolish choices. You vote for what is best for the nation and the individual, not your personal venality.

3. If this is the Left’s attitude toward voting, then we should give them the alternative, which is violent armed struggle for control of our own lives in our own country.
   It may just serve to remind them for a generation or two why we have democracy instead, and why democracy needs to be treated with respect.

4. Yes, some real “progress” happening.
   They we’re hoping for some change you could believe in.

5. Now recall, if you will, the 2012 US election. Remember how surprised everyone was by the vote, how wrong all the professional pollsters and their polls had been? I wonder what would explain that.

6. It says right in the US Constitution that the House “shall set the manner of their own election.” Why the house doesn’t tighten up the rules is beyond me.

7. It used to be that elections were determined not by the voters but by the people who counted the votes. Now, it`s so much simpler. Elections are determined by the person who programs the computerized voting machines.

   No that’s a really bad idea. Our votes will be the ones disqualified. We are the ones who don’t have enough sense to vote progressive like we should.
   Most of the people voting for our liberals in Canada do so because they have been taught to believe that will put them firmly in the center of the political spectrum. That’s how we’ve managed to get conservative governments lately. Our ideas have become the center or normal now. If PMSH tries to push too far right too quickly we will just lose that center back to the liberal party again.
   I don’t want that.

9. What this all means is that without the cheating from the left, Romney would have been the President instead of Obama.
   In fact technically Romney is the President.

10. if SH gets a solid majority in 2015 he had better start acting like a conservative or he will loose his conservative base forever.

11. It’s best to implement the controversial part of an agenda at the beginning of a new term when there is fresh political capital to spend, not the end of a term when LIVs with short memories remember a time before the new legislation was in effect.
