So the EPA will have to settle for regulating only a SC approved 83% of power plants, instead of 86%.
This surrender by the SC comes as no surprise after their approval of Obamacare’s theft of individual’s wealth and liberty.
Isn’t it interesting. Communism in Russia fell in 1989 thanks to Reagan and Pope John Paul–proponents of strong traditional values. Twenty five years later Russia has risen as a new proponent of many of those traditional values, but the rotten and pathological values of communism carry on through so-called “Progressives” in the United States.
The man (or more correctly, the folks pulling his strings) and the government agencies are directing the show here folks. It’s not just the EPA either, ever wonder why the Dept Of Agriculture is actively looking to buy sub-machine guns, or the DHS buying enough ammo for WWIII? Those elected folks in the House and Senate will realize soon enough that they are redundant and the wacko militias might have a point.
No Obama is just doing the bidding of EU/UN in Brussels. The Democrat Congress, both House & Senate, & WH had complete Control between 2008-2012 and they didn’t want to pass Cap & Trade. Blocked in Senate. Obama wanted a second term.
Nothing has changed except Democrats will pay the price for Obama foolish promise to Brussels.

If they had 1 more SCOTUS would be just a lefty rubberstamp. With Donkey control of the Senate….the US would be a de facto dictatorship. The earlier, more apolitical, SCOTUS was why that didn’t occur 2008-2010 when the Donkeys held both Houses..
