  1. When I attended Waterloo, philosophy was taught in the church colleges across the creek by men who were nearly all ordained ministers. Not a one of them had green hair, and they’d have been appalled to see someone in the faculty comporting themselves this way.

  2. Anything less than full and complete and in all cases anywhere and anytime full speech, regardless of “intent”, or offence, or presumed outcome, is not full speech.
All those people, that argue against free speech in these cases, want to control your speech in some way, and I’d prefer they starved to death in the cold dark.
This is not meant to discount the well accepted laws regarding defamation, libel, and slander, which do limit free speech, though the price seems to be worth it.

  3. Freeloaders R us.
The old ; “If you can’t beat ’em with brains, baffle ’em with bull shit.”
The words these useless parasites parrot are the tool they use to divert attention away from themselves.
If they are unable to make themselves understood, they have no reason to be.
    Who are the “Ult Right”?
What does a Libtard mean when they say “Hate”?
Having sat through Government Committee meetings, I know this language, ignorant fools repeating talking points, to avoid confessing they have no idea what is being discussed.
The greater the jargon, the less the information.
Most of these twits need to try the University of hard knocks, I am most happy tp apply a few knocks on these morons myself.

  4. These are not universities and the should NOT be receiving any public funding as long as they employ these people and indoctrinate children with this garbage

  5. You need a heart of stone not to laugh at a professor of black studies with no skills or abilities nevertheless employed at a university that he calls a white supremist institution. And the green-haired gender prof insisting that students must be tended like frightened sheep and simultaneously declaring that her trans students have survived oppression and are therefore tougher than anyone else.
Their disciplines are so pointless and lacking in logic and critical thinking that they can hop from one glaring contradiction to the next without a flicker of self awareness or doubt.
They’re all barking mad of course, as became very clear at the end when the black prof at the white supremist uni started arguing that Lindsay Shepherd is a white oppressor and her inquisitor-professor the racialized victim. And no one says anything. We and the panel all know he’s a hateful ignoramus but we keep quiet and he keeps getting louder.

  6. Seriously. Who has employed and empowered these human misfits? OK … I get it. These painfully awkward, unattractive, friendless, tragically unhip misfits were picked-on in grade school. Fine. We all feel their pain. Yadda yadda yadda. But that doesn’t mean they deserve the right to “get-back” at every NORMAL to assuage their inner pain. Time for everyone to get BACK on the bell curve. Find your position on it … and make peace with where you “fit” … sorry … the hump is reserved for all us “boring” cis-gendered heteronormatives. Enjoy your fringe of the bell.

  7. Never in the long history of academia have we ever witnessed so much drivel of so little value.

  8. In truth, such people are largely self-marginalizing” and self-contained. They represent an infinitesimally tiny university political demographic which just happens to make a lot of noise at the moment because it’s on the bow wave of the latest academic fad (it doesn’t rate being called a trend).
At some time in the future, they and their nonsense will be sidelined for the next fixation. Does anyone out there who went to university in, say, the Seventies or Eighties (or the Nineties, for that matter) really remember any “important” campus activist causes of those times that have endured?
    I sure don’t.

  9. Why is it that you never hear about these issues in engineering, physics, chemistry, applied math etc? I would argue that the people holding these views likely couldn’t earn a science degree to get a foothold in these departments.
Yet they dominate women’s studies, black studies etc.

  10. “Why is it that you never hear about these issues in engineering, physics, chemistry, applied math etc?”
Because the lunatic fringe of science manifests its beliefs in an entirely different way: generally through some technocracy-based variation of scientism.

  11. That black fella says fundamentally a lot. Almost like he is trolling and it’s a drinking game.

  12. Probably a day late and a dollar short for this article but I’d like someone in academia that comments here to explain what “Black Studies” is exactly and while we’re at it what exactly are “Women’s Studies”.

  13. The law schools too are full of social justice peddlers, and climate ‘science’ has been corrupted by social engineering, academic careerism and rent-seeking. Worse, more and more of this rubbish is being injected into the elementary and high schools curricula.

  14. Why is it that you never hear about these issues in engineering, physics, chemistry, applied math etc?
Engineering schools across Canada have been forced to abase themselves and change long-held traditions as a result of the completely unrelated Concordia University shooting since 1991.
