Woke Marxists use a suite of techniques that are called “entryism” (the art of entering) to infiltrate institutions and take them over from within.
There are five basic stages in this model of infiltration:
1) Demand access.
2) Demand accommodation.
3) Demand a seat at the table (demand power).
4) Demand to run the table (demand controlling power).
5) Demand to run the room (demand total power).
It’s not just woke takeovers — the same dynamic is used to take over organizations by all kinds of actors.

Just to be clear, the use of this technique is not to acquire influence over the decision making. It is to destroy the entity outright. There is no interest in “enlightened” success. Only destruction.

It’s a form of narcissism, “my ego is more important than everyone else’s livelihood.” I don’t think they plan to destroy everything, they plan to be the top boss and control everything. Again, to feed their ego. That they have no idea how to run things is irrelevant (how hard could it be, my inferiors are doing it.)
But if they can’t control it, then destruction is the next objective. We’re seeing that implemented now throughout society. The left appears to be losing control, so then they go scorched earth.

The best thing to do on a societal level, of course, is to bar access to your community of people like this at all, and if present, encourage them to go bother someone else, or drive them out if they refuse. Better them than you.
A good school will not give special treatment to students from a Muslim family. A good government will deny the family entry to Canada, arrest them, and hold them in an internment camp in Nunavut while a more appropriate home is found for them, like Papua New Guinea or St. Helena.
This tactic was employed by CALpers (California Public Employees Retirement System), NYSLRS (NY State & Local Retirement System) and other state public retirement programs. They employed this tactic in the 80s and 90s targeting major corporations like IBM, GM and Disney. First demand of these major stockholders was a seat at the table. No good came of it.

While correct in the obvious and extreme, he ignores the subtle. Virtually every PR department with humanities trained personnel will be infected at some level. Communications people, HR, and now, even technical staff and business school grads can come in at least partially armed, even if subconsciously – in post modern pathologies. Anyone touting the benefits of ESG, DEI, “truth and reconciliation”, CRT, and even the emphasis on teams vs individuals is already contributing to the capture and vandalism planned. The goal is the hollowing out of western civilization to enable the transition to another variant of serfdom so the success of any organization not aligned with that goal is of no concern to the cultural Marxists.
We need to demand that they FOAD.
The woke culture just made it very easy for HR by demanding that pronouns be used.
My wife “file 13’s” any application which has that on it. That is the new #1 subversive indicator, demand we use their pronoun when addressing them. Their mental issues are on full display, deal accordingly, save the grief and savagery they will flamethrow in the organization.

I’ve always said that liberals/socialists are like a virus. They can’t build anything themselves, but they can infect functioning entities especially ones with a high and respected profile then turn them into dysfunctional zombies grinding out more lefties and leftist BS until the entity implodes and the lefties then go looking to infect another host. Vis Scientific American magazine, Nature, the ACLU, Amnesty International, Universities, virtually any charity e.g. Rockefeller foundation etc.

I’m not a great fan of Jimmy Dore, but he is becoming slightly more rational of late, and the ‘Hillary Supporter’ skits (and they are skits; you can sometimes hear the caller sniggering when he can’t control it himself) have me in stitches!!!
