  1. Sounds about right.

You cannot argue or reason with these people. Trump bad. Traditional values bad.
Like of bunch of blue haired teenagers mad at their parents. Gonna get the snout ring and face tattoo no matter how good the argument is against it. Because it’s their cause

  2. I don’t get it. They want us to be more like Russia (and especially china). We need to be ruled by experts who are controlled by the government.
Maybe they hope we destroy ourselves being pitted against an enemy as strong as ourselves.

  3. Sorry … that’s NOT it. The Democrat Left in America (and the GOPe) have been taken over by the LGBTQqAI2s+/- MAFIA … and the Alphabet MAFIA want “homophobe” Putin taken OUT !! It’s THAT simple.

    Sound far-fetched?

Tucker Carlson starts talking about God and who is in control of your life … Cancelled
James O’Keefe embarrasses a high-degreed Gay Pfizer Executive as a desperate sex perv … Project Veritas FIRES him

Cross the Alphabet MAFIA in any way shape or form … and you will be DESTROYED. And if you don’t ACCEPT public schools teaching your little girls that they can actually be a boy … the FBI and DOJ will hunt you down.

Our nation has been taken over by Satanic Homosexual and Deviant heterosexual forces and are bent on destroying Judeo-Christianity.

  4. Robert Kennedy Jr has a deeper , much more logical and factual explanation for Ukraine/Russia.
This is such a shallow interpretation.
    I used to appreciate Adams.

    1. Haven’t read Kennedy take but I would hope the basis is uniparty/deep state and Victoria nuland as QB, with Ukraine being the epicenter of all sorts of laundering for said deep state.

      1. Check out Tucker’s interview. You already have some of the details.
Nuland and her hubby are part of the story.

    2. Sometimes things are much simpler and more direct than you think. Most people don’t think too deeply … or with any regard to the future … they just live in their shallow emotional world. As a result … we invaded Iraq because we didn’t like their “strongman” leader. His sons Uzee and Dipshit were real meanies … let’s go to WAR!! Let’s spread “Democracy” in the ME … HooRAH!!

Mission NEVER accomplished. And our WAR against that meanie Putin will end in the same defeat.

    3. “Robert Kennedy Jr has a deeper , much more logical and factual explanation for Ukraine/Russia.”

He does, and he’s 100% correct, but don’t tell the Simpletons ™ that, or they’ll accuse you of being the same “Putin lover” that RFK is.

(because they never let a little thing like facts get in the way of their blind, unthinking hatred)

  5. Scott Adams…
Mediocre marginally talented, sometimes funny cartoonist…back then.
Now a boring prattler with second hand insight, badly delivered, as would be expected, given his MBA consultant background.
Nice teeth. The trophy wife insisted on the teeth.
He is the “signifying nothing” result of less than sound and fury.
    In a word…Enervating.

    1. Stevie, early on I tried wading through some of Scott’s videos and concluded he was too clever by half. Not that he is not a bright fellow, but sometimes a cigar is just a cigar and he doesn’t quite see it. To his credit, eventually he generally comes ’round to the conclusion that, by golly! that there is a cigar.

My 2¢ from what I saw long ago. I haven’t watched any of his videos in years, so maybe things have changed. I dunno. I loved the Dilbert cartoons, though.

        1. ??? wOw! How’d you get that Billy Mike? I must not have written very clearly.

          1) I loved the Dilbert comics
          2) Early on, I was underwhelmed by his videos; a little overly analytical and missed the mark, IMO. But I did note that Scott’s conclusions sometimes changed a few videos later, for which I gave him credit.
          3) Because of #2, I quit watching his videos years ago.
          4) Because of #3 I wrote that I’m unsure if my earlier opinion should still hold

It’s still unclear to me how I conveyed anger or jealousy. I am puzzled about how you got ‘anger’ and ‘jealousy’ out of someone who hasn’t cared enough or bothered to watch Scott Adam’s videos over the past several years.

That said, I must agree with part of your comment. My comment was neither objective nor intended to impart or display any particular wisdom. The “My 2¢” was used to convey that the preceding was opinion, my perception, not objective analysis. Perhaps that was what influenced your perception. I dunno.

I appreciate the feedback. (No, I do not do sarcasm. I do appreciate the feedback. It seems I was unclear.)

          1. Stevie – I came back because I thought I may have misread the reply indentation, but the indent indicates a reply to my comment. That, or my eyes are “worse than we thought!”

I’ll have to reread your comment to see if I get anger or jealousy out of it. ;o)

          2. “I appreciate the feedback. (No, I do not do sarcasm. I do appreciate the feedback. It seems I was unclear.)”

Kudos for that. You’re a rare bird around here…

(and a better man than me, probably)

  6. Well, one of these days the arm chair QBs will look at each other and have the “Are we the baddies?” conversation.
Perhaps I can inflict a little common sense into those folks an ask them to try to fully comprehend the relevance of SPAAG. Dig into it a bit and figure out why they’re important and why, for the love of gawd, no one talks about them? What are they? What do they do? Where are they? Who’s got them? How important are they anyway? Then follow up with SHORAD
There is at least one commenter here who will need a full set of dentures if he figures out the full implications. (Broken teeth from jaw clenching anger.)

  7. Ridiculous. It’s not that clever or complicated. I large swath of the populous depend on others to tell them how to think and act. They have forsaken critical thought, morality, and even reality in some situations and are perfectly willing to let others make decisions for them.

The marching orders were to support Ukraine. And, so they did. When the marching orders are “men can get pregnant”, they jump right up and fall in line. When the marching orders are “black lives matter”…up they pop to spread the word. When the marching orders are “vote for the democrat even if he is mentally incapacitated”…yes sir, right away sir. (Hell, they will even vote for dead people running for state congress if they’re told to).

    1. “The marching orders were to support Ukraine. And, so they did. When the marching orders are “men can get pregnant”, they jump right up and fall in line. Bang-on. Well said. Not enough people think for themselves anymore (I blame the educational system).

  8. It didn’t occur to Scott to make that connection, because it is a nonsensical conclusion that Democrats reached in the absence of evidence. The only one colluding with Russians was their candidate.

    1. There is a bit of truth here. Hillary had good relations to Russia until it became necessary to claim Trump has too good relations to Russia. Without the Russian Collusion hoax, the maga conservatives would not be dunking on Zelensky.

It’s a two-sided polarization of the political n-space into a scalar, or worse, a discrete two-state: either you are for us, or you are against us.

The polarization started with Hillary being connected to uranium sales to Russia and the following email scandals, including hacking claims. Then the collusion claims by the Clinton Campaign. After that, it was quick downhill, maga conservatives siding with Russia, and Democrats siding with Ukraine.

I’m siding with Ukraine, though I’m not excluding the possibility that the US and the UK actually made things worse on purpose. I’m remembering the weapons of mass destruction.

      1. In a way, I’m feeling Democrats have found Hari Seldon in their talent pool and are applying psychohistory to steer the society. It is all so professionally casted, as if they would have calculated every move to control the populace. Seldon is calculating, head sweating how the fourth indictment will save victory to them. The instructions are sent, and the Foundation is keeping the situation under control.

It’s only that we have to consider the option whether the Foundation is evil.

  9. I’m thinking NATO (read globalist military industrial complex, big pharma, big tech cabal) has been tightening the noose on Russia for some time. (I’m most curious to understand Putins internal pressures.) I would agree that had the 2nd term election not been stolen, … no NATO. The hoax really tied Trumps hands politically, but, given the Biden coup, I think we wind up in the same spot a few months to a year later.

  10. It would really bother a lot of people if Trump got re-elected and canceled the war in Ukraine.

  11. I tend to think of it in more simple terms: The Democrats are a “tax, spend, and steal” party constantly surveying the world for opportunities to embezzle US tax money into the awaiting numbered companies of them and their friends. After the farce of Donald Trump’s presidency and the entire ‘muh Russia’ idiocy, Putin invading Ukraine was a no brainer for them.

What I can’t believe is that there are people out there who still don’t understand that the US Democrats, Zelensky, AND Putin are totally in league together on this “invasion.”

  12. The Trump angle may have some validity. But the primary reason the Left hates Russia is that Putin has openly endorsed Christianity and openly denounced the LGBT+ agenda. That is absolute blasphemy to the Left, and they’ll use nukes if necessary to crush any dissent against the global homo onslaught.

  13. The US left didn’t hate Russia and almost forgot about Putin until Trump made fun of Hillary Clinton.

Hillary’s campaign realized they will have to accuse Trump for hacking the emails with Russia, and they probably used Mifsud either him knowing or unbeknownst to him.

Horowitz did not get to the bottom of it, but he did reveal the big pic.

After Trump failed to get support from Ukraine related to the Burisma corruption scandals, it was clear Ukraine was to be hated by MAGA and thanked by Democrats.

It’s simple, yet totally mindless. Edit: reply to Steve .. and sorry for a bit of repetition.
