Eldest grandbrat went down to Stampede with buds this year. Grandad asked him about the “daisy dukes”. Grandbrat – aged 15 – said they were cool. Kid is obviously moving from avoiding to “girl cooties” to appreciating the opposite sex; hope he transitions relatively smoothly.
And, had we both gone down to the grounds, Grandad would have fully appreciated the “daisy dukes”. That’s how men are.
