    There are way to many of them in Canada – hence the steep, unstoppable decline.

  12. I’m adjacent to the City of Deadmonton. Avi and Nenshi will sweep the city and most of the suburbs in the next round of federal and provincial elections. Probably a good chunk of Calgary, too. Carney and the Liberals will pick up some seats as well.

    1. My gut instinct is that the separation movement, although loud and vocal in the rural areas, simply doesn’t have anything like the support needed to pass a referendum. I don’t know where to get accurate numbers on the sentiment of Albertans, but the urban-rural divide heavily favours the cities on this issue, and they’ve been stuffed full of Bezmenovites and spiteful mutants for the last ten years.

    If that’s true, he and the entrenched laurentian crowd have nothing to worry about, they shouldn’t even have to cheat in the coming referendum.

    Avi, I think is the most leftist NDP leader ever, we should just let him campaign on that and see how palatable it is for their labor/unionized base, never mind expecting to make inroads to those supporting the #Libranos.

    If Canada loses access to the American market in 4 weeks if the free trade agreement is cancelled, are the Canadian vehicle assembly factories going to move south? What does the membership say about this?
    Didn’t Jagmeet leave the NDP coffers empty? Is Avi making inroads to repairing the damage from Jagmeet’s disasterous support of the #Libranos?
