One of the problems that has occurred is that many of the new refrigerants are flammable, which was one of the causes of the Grenfell tower fire in 2017, but you can’t say that, because then someone might have to answer for it.
Given the current government’s competence, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re building the spaceport infrastructure facing down, towards China.
