1. That’s grim. I think it’s a “type of people” in the north central area, I knew them well enough decades ago and I wouldn’t expect their children and grandchildren who’ve been raised like this, to change. In another 20 years I think it’ll be worse and that enormously expensive swimming pool will be just about finished being paid off.

2. Condemn the properties, cite the owners and charge them for cleanup.

3. Interesting that the garage door in the video as “ABK” painted on it. That’s a gang sign for “Always Banging Kings”, which is a gang based in Queens NY. They are a lesser known group that is considered a “neighborhood” gang. And, they’re not supposed to have a presence in Canada. They’re Latino, and are sometimes associated with the Crips. Perhaps they are diversifying.
