  1. Not really the same as the old governor. Little potato was dumb as a fence post. New governor is as smart as a fence post. My apologies before hand to fence post advocates.

    2. Ha ha …. ur post makes me think of Frank Fencepost in Kinsella’s stories of life on the Rez which I guess are now deemed inappropriate, racist etc etc … some good stories though.

  2. I found the advised-against language esp. hilarious because the ranter did not look the part. Needless to say, no comment is needed vis-à-vis his indisputable arguments.

    Too many people are too impressed by the tag “economist”.
    It does not take into account the huge range of the schools of economics — say between the Marxist and the Austrian.
    Moreover, as suggested by Murray Rothbard’s tome Power and Market (note the word order) even a bona fide economist with the correct thinking may be a disastrous governor because, well, power trumps market.

    Carnage, like all modern central bankers, is a counterfeiter.

      1. My long time Austrian economics hero Ludwig von Mises said it was; I never believed him.
        Jordan Peterson consistently argues that psychology is a science. I don’t believe him. He often refers to the alleged truth in “the literature” as a debate ender. I scoff.
        AND there’s too much mischief in the so-called hard sciences as well.

    2. no kidding. too many ‘economists’ instead of getting deeply into how money ‘behaves’
      (got a mind of its own it seems) they inject a lot of ideology.
      one needs to know the bias.
      and the likes of Carnage now add political clout.

    3. He’s not a banker or an economist.
      He’s a senior bureaucrat like all the other senior bureaucrats that inhabit parliament hill.
      They all share one common trait.
      They all want to be treated like royalty and the people that are of royal blood will never allow them into the club (but they let the bureaucrats think they can just to string them along and be their useful idiots).

  5. Of course the mass media cartel is going to cover it up, instead investigating who put up the money up, who are the investors hiding behind the ‘investors’.
    Could it be the same characters that built the Chinese cities where nobody lives?
    They will burry it and nobody will ever know.
    The agent of the WEF is dismantling this country to get it ready for take over by the Brussels’s supreme bureaucracy of The European Commission.
    Does it sound like something from the 1984?
