2. Even 30ish years ago when I attended university, a large portion of the scholarships were only for Indians.

   Our rulers have always discriminated against native productive Canadians. The real question people should ask is, why?

It’s the cost to Canada’s unborn taxpayers for admission to forums in foreign third-world nations to have to listen to 20 minutes of virtue signaling poseurs masquerading as Canada’s last two Prime Ministers. Having to purchase friendship with other people’s money is a pathological trait of what passes for leadership that apparently appeals to diaspora voting blocks and the innumerate but unfortunately voting Eloi.

7. Why don’t these countries open more of their own universities so we can use the money to help Canadian kids? You could run universities in shithole countries for a fraction of the cost.

12. Meanwhile, here I am supporting a grandkid undergoing a technical trades apprenticeship. But somehow, my government is placing a higher priority on some come-from-away in a useless university program but ignoring the future electricians, plumbers and HVAC people.
