            1. No, it does not. The dems will filibuster. So the GOP will need to carve out a filibuster exception for this law to get it past the filibuster, or just eliminate the filibuster entirely. To claim this act will move forward is bullshit without addressing that. And it does not make any difference if it is a traditional talking filibuster or the modern legislative filibuster variant in which the talking is not enforced.

               So, my only conclusion is that you two are a couple of morons, not only because you don’t have a clue, but also because you cannot express an idea into words, you are incapable of communication.
